She is a delightful woman who patiently and enthusiastically listened to my goals, helped me decode a couple of YouTube terms and even sent me to another yarn shop when she didn't have what I needed. Her enthusiasm, patience, kind support and responses felt genuine and, if she'd been running a class today, I would have stayed. The merchandise I paid for was entirely missing. ​Receiving an empty package is bad enough, but the customer service from both companies has been absolutely unacceptable. I reached out to both Macy's and Furniq multiple times to report the missing items and get this resolved. Instead of helping a verified consumer, both companies have been completely radio silent. Neither brand has responded to my emails or support requests. ​It is incredibly unprofessional to take a customer's money, deliver an empty box, and then completely ignore them when they ask for help. I am now forced to escalate this directly with my bank to dispute the charge. ​Buyer beware: If anything goes wrong with your shipment, do not expect either of these companies to step up or provide any customer support. I will not be shopping with either brand ever again.

Jeana took me to all of my appointments and communicated directly with my doctors when I couldn't fully understand what was being said. During my surgeries, she was by my side. When I was hospitalized, both Jeana and Lisa were just a phone call away, always ready to listen and offer comfort. Jeana would check in regularly to make sure I was doing okay. When I was unstable or after surgeries, the team would stay overnight at my home--not just to be present, but to help clean and organize my space. In many ways, they didn't just tidy my home--they helped me put my life back together. Every single one of them--Rosa, Dawn, Nancy, Lisa, and Jeana--played a part in saving my life when everything was falling apart. They are some of the kindest souls on this earth. When the time came for me to move into an elder care facility, their absence left a real void in my life--a noticeable change. I miss them every day. I often think back and realize that without their care and dedication during those two years, I likely would have had to move into a facility much earlier... or might not have survived at all, given my neurological challenges and instability at home.
