I pushed the button through True Car to get some quotes and Justin's email came at the right time & the right price with a kind demeanor. He even helped me with my purchasing options on a Sunday! An hour and a half drive later and I am so glad I went out to Manteca to purchase my new vehicle (her name is Tika in honor of her home dealership). What I loved: 1) Communication: I suffer from analysis paralysis and I got this deal done the same day we started emailing. That was the fastest I have made a decision in a while! 2) Process: From test drive to purchase, fastest car deal I have ever been witness to or a part of- thank you! 3) Customer Service: even though the deal was completed after closing and even though I asked a lot of questions, Justin D took the time to answer them and show me every single feature of my new car. It was impressive. He even hand washed my car because the car wash was closed. That really wasn't necessary because it was cold outside but is a testament to how awesome he is. 4) Follow-up: checking in on me through surveys and phone calls/ text messages is really nice. I have great after purchase support. 5) Coffee machine- mocha latte was pretty yummy! Thank you to Kia Country for helping me make a purchase that I can rely on for years to come. I am very appreciative of the customer service you provided and my awesome new car.

When I picked up my vehicle, it was late in the day, and the Quick Lane employee who gave me my keys said she would send me the part number and information I requested the next business day. I understood it had been a long day, so I said no problem. The next business day came and went with no follow-up. I called again and spoke with the same person, and I was again told I would receive the follow-up regarding the part and cost information related to what my vehicle needed. Once again, days went by with no email, call, or update. It ended up taking me physically driving back in about a week and a half to two weeks later just to get the part number. What made it even more frustrating was that the information appeared to already be written down and sitting near this employee's computer. As a customer, that was very disappointing because I had already followed up more than once and still did not receive the information I was told I would get. On top of that, I also tried scheduling a valet pickup/drop-off service for a recall inspection through Quick Lane. I was told they would come pick up my vehicle, but the scheduled day I was told on the phone came and went with no pickup and no call. When I called on Saturday, I was told they were closed, even though I had previously been told they would be open for servicing. I have never had a bad experience here when purchasing vehicles, which is why this Quick Lane experience was so disheartening. I expected better communication and follow-through from a dealership I have trusted in the past. As someone who works night shift in healthcare and has a busy schedule, it is a major inconvenience to have to keep chasing basic updates that should have been handled correctly the first time. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering another service option for Quick Lane type work unless it is something that specifically needs to be handled by the dealership, such as a recall or dealership-specific inspection. I hope management addresses these communication and follow-up issues.

I drove the Tesla model y because it's an model y I like it but there was so much problem I have to fix about it the rims of the tires it look beat up I have to replace that and the default of the Tesla I would have to fix the gaps. So we were going to sit down and negotiate but the associate said there's no negotiation here mind you the car had 165,000 miles on it and then it was 16,999 comes out with Taxes it would be 20 k out the door. He wanted to say oh well I sell these cars like people come in and out like flies. I thought that was funny. So we decided to leave and found something better. So if you want a car from here read the reviews first before purchasing. So you don't get scam from the car website also junior if your so desperate you should have gave me the car for a far price but you didn't so I got my car from somewhere else with a better deal and newer then yours. Next time you should work on letting the person talk then trying to be smart and thinking people will buy fyi my mother in law knows the buying car market is down so you won't be able to sell a car now.!
