I have been going here ever since I was in middle school. The hair cut is quick but the waiting is a while. I recommend going before it hit 5 o clock, but if you really need a hair cut that day, you can still go they say they close at seven thirty but I have gotten a cut at eight before. Lots of the time it was for a special occasion like for a wedding or a party. I usually get a cut by Kenny or the guy all the way by the gumball machine, I don't really have experience with anyone else in there. Kenny and the guy by the gumball machine are very popular and the lines can get very long. I have waited over two hours before just for a hair cut. I believe they should make a waiting list or allow people to call ahead in order for them not to waste hours to wait in line. I have heard good things about the other barbers in there, but also heard a lot of bad things about them, so I try to stay away and stick to the people who cut my hair already. This barber shop is really affordable and good for the community. I see a lot of kids and construction workers come in after work or after school. The shop hours are very flexible too, most would close around six, and construction workers wouldn't be able to get a hair cut in time. Around six is when it gets very busy because of all the construction workers and kids attempting to get a cut, so that's why I recommended going before 5. Now the quality on the cut, the quality of the hair cut is not bad for 10$, but I had some bad days where they missed a spot or forgot a detail. These things aren't too bad to make me not want to come back, they do only charge 10$, to begin with. The barbers are human beings and can't be perfect every day, their skills are there and most of the time you will see it. They cut my hair in about 10-15 minutes on average. It doesn't feel rushed or look rushed, they are very experienced and have been doing this for a long time.
