I have tried a few things like their traditional beef stew (perfect with red wine!) and their German sausage and cheese platter, from which I usually choose the kielbasa, bratwurst and frankfurter for sausages, then gorgonzola, pecorino and manchego for cheese. A must try in my opinion would be their bacon which is two thick slabs of cured pork, served with eggs and topped over bacon rice. Yes, rice cooked with bacon bits in bacon oil. Perfect for bacon lovers!
