Lisa Barbaro from grand plans was the first designer to respond to my request for information. We agreed in advance to a price for the design plan should I proceed work with her design. This was very fair. As a consultant myself, I actually suggested she charge a bit more for her service. I was impressed that she offered to visit my property so she could see firsthand the light, the soil, etc..Lisa was on time and prepared with a survey of my lot. She did not charge for this consultation, which I found to be a good first step. She spent a sufficient amount of time at my home, asking questions and gaining insight about me and my ideas and preferences. We agreed that she would provide me with a written plan for concept, a digital 2D plan and revision(s), plant lists, and care guidelines for phase one of my multi phase project. NEXT STEP- waiting for the schematic plan. Depending upon the anticipated cost vs my budget, I may proceed to implementing the project using Grand Plans or as a DYI. I'll review again once I have the plan

Walter lied about the work and what they did..no before and after...doesn't even look like work was performed....Walter didn't do one thing he agreed...he was going to make an appointment to come talk to me but just showed up...contacted company by phone and email with no response...apparently Walter is the only one to talk too and in charge. Argued with me about everything... just a total terrible experience - we will never use them again I can't say enough about how bad Walter is...absolutely the worst to do business with

i ordered 2 core of firewood, Paul dumped the load in my driveway,, it looked light, and i told…read morehim,, he said it was 2 full core that he counted it out ,, after i stacked it all it turned out to be just 1 core .. i texted Paul and told he he shorted me.. his answer was 400 pieces of wood make at core, he gave me 800 pieces ,, *** a core of fire wood is 128 cf of wood , size wise 8'x4'x4' *** Paul also stated that he has been selling firewood at 400 pieces as a core for the last 20 years .. so for 20 years he has been ripping off his costumers.. i payed $500 for 1 core of wood .. ''sorry but your not getting more wood or a refund'' ,, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POS COMPANY,, i give Paulie Zero stars not even one
