Once a month, I make a trip to the charming city of Waynesboro to restock my nearby antique store. During my visits, I always take the time to explore and support the local restaurants and shops that this quaint town has to offer. On this particular occasion, I happened to stop by the antique store next door and found myself entering a delightful restaurant to quench my thirst. As I scanned the menu, my eyes were drawn to their mouthwatering pizzas. Intrigued, I decided to give them a try. Our charming server, Ana, warmly welcomed us and recommended we try their signature deep-dish pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni toppings. The pizza arrived, and I was immediately captivated by the perfectly golden, flaky crust. The sauce and cheese were equally delightful, melding together in perfect harmony. I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone living in or visiting the area make it a point to stop by this hidden gem. Their extensive menu is sure to have something for everyone. We've ordered from Brother's for over a decade. The pizza has always been hot, fresh, and flavorful. The calzones are HUGE and the subs are on the large size, as well! Price is average for area and service is fast and standard. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a quick, tasty meal! If your expecation is a stereotypical pizza and sub shop then Brother's definately delivers on that experience and will hit the mark for you. We get Brothers a couple times a month and have never had a bad exprience with either the quality or service. Delivery is always prompt and the pizzas haven't been tossed around inside the box making a mess out of them. The subs are appropriately portioned with a good flavor that you would expect from a pizza and sub shop. The onion rings and fries were suprisingly good. At the risk of getting on some Yakuza hitlist, I also want to point out they know the ancient sub shop secret of making a little tent out of the bag so the steam doesn't turn the fries soggy. I know a detail like that seems trivial, but it really is one of those insider pro-tips that goes unrecognized unless it wasn't done. The service is great. It is not a large business. It has a few shops, but I prefer the one in Rouzerville. My family has been there many times and the servers know what we order to drink. They just bring it over to us. The pizza is good for the area. They offer both a New York style and Sicilian pizza. They toppings, sauce, and cheese are good quality. The portion is great and filling for my family. They offer subs, some pasta, Stromboli, calzones, salads, and a variety of Mexican food. I can say that I have tried most of the menu and have not been disappointed. The price for the food and drink is great as well. It is afford for a family. This is usually my go to take out place and I've always been happy with everything I've eaten, but today I ordered the black and blue salad, it comes with grilled shrimp on top which is yummy. The only thing is they still had the tails on. That's the first place I've ever seen do that. Otherwise, it was delicious and fresh. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the delivery guy was friendly and efficient. For this particular review I'm giving 3 stars because I wasn't happy with the shrimp tails. Brothers rocks!! They have great salads and appetizers. Everything is always fresh. They will customize anything. They also serve breakfast, which I have yet to try, because they don't deliver breakfast. Their pizza is really good, along with their wraps, paninis and subs. I eat here, via delivery, weekly. Me and my family ordered here as our first meal, in our new home. The person on the phone was nice, the delivery guy was awesome. However, two of the people who ate the tuna spent their first night in the new home being violently ill. Like any decent person, I wanted to get in touch to let them know that it might be prudent of them to pull that batch from use. I did not yell, I did not demand free food, and the response was that it was not them(Brother's Pizza), that they need to go to the hospital because it isn't their food. After I reiterated that it was not one person but two who fell ill, he basically said he would look into it and hung up the phone. There are too many "sub & pizza" shops in the area to accept anything but great customer service and someone who listens loudly when constructive feedback instead of yelling is given. We have had now two extremely bad customer service experiences! The first was when we were told 30-45 minutes and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and our pizza was cold. The manager did not care about my complaint and was very rude and we sent the cold pizza back with his driver. Today we tried to order from Brothers and was told by the same manager that we are to far (we live 2.5 miles away) I told him we are not far and they deliver farther he said it is because of our complaint of the cold pizza and delivery time last time we ordered ( which was months ago). I wrote a review last year, which was not a flattering one, and posted it on every review site I could fine. Lo and Behold, I cannot find my review on any of them now. Odd. We used to enjoy this place, until we called an order in for carry-out one evening. The order was correct except for my sub. We ordered a steak and cheese sub and got a sub with nothing but bacon on it. I'm talking nothing but crumbled up bacon. When we called to advise that the order was wrong the owner argued with me on the phone, saying that we ordered a bacon sub. Uhm no, I guarantee I didn't because I don't like bacon. He was incredibly rude and actually sat on the phone and ARGUED with me about my order for over 5 minutes!!! Really? What has happened to customer service??? Wouldn't he think that I knew what I ordered? It's not like I called and said oh, you forgot the onions on my sub. I ordered a steak and cheese and got a BACON sub!!! The experience was enough that we have not patronized the establishment since. I have never, ever experienced a more rude person in my life. So after my last experience with this place, i decided to give them another shot. I felt like something different as in my household we normally stick to safe places like Domino's Pizza. Hit or miss. Let's look at the facts. It's an American restaurant in which Mexicans make Italian food. Mind blowing, I know. But usually its pretty darn good. The place inside is strangely out of place. Not just for a pizza place, but for the location. A hole in the wall between a roller skate rink and a bowling alley should probably look like a demiliterized zone and smell like wet dog. It doesn't though. It's very nice inside, a few tables, mostly booths, a very nice counter and stools, a few tvs to watch whatever they think you should, and, oh yeah, usually decent food. Like I said, hit or miss. The first few times I went, the pizza was fantastic. Few times in my life have I ever said that the crust was better than the pizza itself. But they had that magic. Had. Lately, the wizard is either off, or dead. The pizza is still ok, and the wings are alright, but I no longer strive to go there over Dominos. If you catch them on a bad day, its going to seem like a waste. If you get them on a good one, you may just be getting a fluke. read more

The waitress Cindy is a complete...b--ch. I have never felt so rushed, and an inconvenience as I did with her. Not to mention, she charged us for things that we originally asked for but didn't get. So when I brought it to her attention she simply cut me off, and said I'll fix it. Came back and rapidly showed me the small difference in price, and handed the receipt off to me. I have been ordering from this business for years and today I had the worse experience. I called and ordered take out. I told the girl on the phone that I wanted a panini chicken sandwich and when my order was delivered I got a regular chicken sandwich. When I called I was told that I was going to have to pay full price for a panini chicken sandwich and the female manager kept interrupting when I was trying to explain the situation. I got upset and had to raise my voice my voice because she kept interrupting me and then on top of it she hung up the phone on me twice. I hope she isn't the owner because if so that business will go down soon. I will never order from this restaurant ever again. They are being ran by some rude un costumer friendly people. Best pizza around town! The steak and cheese is comparable to what I've had in Philly. Bread used for the subs are AMAZING! All the food I've had there has been absolutely delicious. Delivery time has been slow at times and so I prefer to go in and pick it up. Very happy with this spot. read more
