So this is a local place as far as a I know but I hope y'all haven't been bought out or something because the quality has declined A LOT over the past year. I live in the area and I've eaten here a good bit. I've ordered crab dip continuously for like 3 years now and I won't order it again due to the last few times i've gotten it. There used to be a considerable amount of meat in the dip so i'd order it and then get fries on the side as my entire meal. Last time I got it there was not one piece of meat in the entire container. literally just cream cheese and whatever else. I had to make another meal for myself because I felt there just wasn't enough protein or nutrients in my food. and I paid like $15 for it! not doing that again. I also recently tried getting the grilled chicken wrap. I ordered it to go with sweet potato fries and a sweet tea. I received regular waffle fries and an unsweetened tea, which wasn't even the most upsetting thing about my order. The wrap barely had any chicken in it! the bits were so tiny. It was a wrap of basically just tortilla and lettuce, some tomato, almost as much tomato as there was chicken. it's really sad how bad everything has gotten that even the local places you thought weren't changing, end up feeling really shitty. read more

I stopped going to Red Run grill a couple years ago I kept going there because I like the food but because I'm lactose intolerant I cannot handle Dairy I asked for a French dip sandwich add barbecue sauce and I got an earful from the owner and when I looked at the sandwich he placed cheese on it anyways when I asked for no cheese if the owner is going to treat their customers like crap I'm not wasting my money on the store save yourself some time and go somewhere where they have good service and treat their customers a whole lot better read more

The fast casual model that this business adopts seems to work very well. We ordered and paid at the counter, and our food came out quite quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, with solid answers about any questions we had about the menu choices. The food itself was very tasty, some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. They had no problem with our group of bikers coming in on a gray Saturday for lunch. Tables were well apart, and the other diners were quiet, or at least I couldn't really hear them. Prices are fair, considering the generous portions, and parking is ample. The location is easy to find, right on the main road. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in the area! read more

Been coming here since 2006 and the food is still incredible. Carolina BBQ is my favorite and I always add a cheese cup for my waffle fries. They're not kidding when they say "Best Sweet Tea in Town." I must have mumbled, the guy at the counter thought one of our sandwiches was supposed to be Pit Beef. Manager quickly got us another Carolina Pulled Pork and even let the boys keep the Pit Beef. My oldest got the Deluxe Burger and inhaled it. Thanks for a reliability good meal! Very nice staff - I did it online but the machine was broken and when I arrived the order wasn't ready. They apologized and made my order quick. I thought they would have added a free but honestly it was alright. They were very kind and I didn't mind waiting. I enjoyed the sweet tea, chicken tenders, roast beef, coleslaw and sauces. Can't believe this place has been in business so long as it leaves a lot to be desired between the carpet floors and dirty walls and grout and the food that looked thrown together from the frozen section in the dollar store. We have passed this place many times and never thought to stop in. Looking for something different, my husband and I stopped in. We had the beef with bacon sandwich and southern barbecue beef sandwich with coleslaw. Also ordered the crabby fries. Everything tasted very good. The portion of crab dip and waffle fries was well worth the price! The place was clean but it's a little dated. After all, it is a barbecue joint. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We stopped here heading to our place in Maryland. We're glad that we did. We had a French dip and southern style beef bbq and added Cole slaw, mac -n-cheese and baked beans. The sandwiches were great- we loved them. They're sides were pretty good too but they didn't stand out like the sandwiches. But we got all that for under $25 bucks. Far better than Micky D's or BK. Soak them in malt vinegar, dump some extra sauce on your sandwich and you have yourself a great meal. If you are trying to save a few dollars or are on a strict budget, hit the McDonald's up just up the road instead. What a great place. In its class this is the best food at the best price in the area. They serve wonderful burgers and sandwiches and fresh hot waffle fries. This is by far the cleanest and best kept place we've found anywhere - and we've lived everywhere. The staff are very courteous and even came by to ask how we were enjoying the food. In short, we paid McDonald prices for a dining experience that was more on par with a Red Robin. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. There is seating outside and a play area for the kids. The bathrooms are clean. As far as the food. I myself was not impressed with my French dip. Service was great, order was taken easily with no inaccuracies and with a few specific details followed, such as pure horseradish not creamed in packets ~ NICE. Food is fresh, hot and perfectly moist and the UN-sweetened Ice Tea was delicious, no musty cloudy tea here! Waffle fries were OK. We just aren't fans of the fries, not that they were bad just no big deal. BIG plus was the table service to refill our beverages, Hubby was thrilled! Brings this a step above "fast-food". On our way out we noticed an outdoor picnic table and a gazebo near the back of the restaurant near a small creek. Would be a great location to dine on our next visit. read more

Went there several times and always ordered the special where you buy one, get one free. Would ask for it times three which was never a problem. Then one time I went through the drive thru and tried to do the same and was told by a manager that it was not allowed. Funny we had dined in several times before using the special times three and the manager even came to our table to chat with us. I told him we had used it several times before and he said "not here, my employees would not do that." So he basically called me a liar. Never went back again. Food is mediocre.
