Brought a large cow elk, about 300 pounds, in to be processed, when I went to pick it up I had less…read morethan a hundred pounds of meat. Got about 40 pounds of burger and some jerky and elk sticks. I've gotten more meat off of a deer! After charging me $620 to process, they brought out two boxes of meat! The last elk I got was smaller than this one and I got 3x the meat. I wondered when a guy came in and brought elk meat when I was turning it in to be processed. Well, I guess they'll be making a killing selling my elk meat. From now on, I'll just take it home and having it processed there.
