Mid. Wasn't bad, but didn't change my life, either. Got a super beef "three way" with onion rings and a salad. First, let me say that you get a LOT of food. But, the onion rings needed salt, and the salad was really just huge pieces of iceberg lettuce with a couple thick sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. House dressing was a non-descript white creamy sauce with some flecks in it. Wasn't really ranch, wasn't really Italian, wasn't really identifiable in any way. Roast beef sammie was good, but didn't have a ton of flavor, either, even with those three sauces. For over $21 with a drink, felt like maybe I could've gotten a tastier meal elsewhere. read more

Ordered a Jr Beef with sauce and cheese, and added pickles and mayo to it. Declined the extra sauce and cheese. Got a pizza roll and a root beer also. Received a pizza roll, a beef with pickles and mayo and an Aquafina. I told the guy at the door I ordered a root beer. He showed me my receipt that said bottled water. Instead of making a call to tell me they were out of root beer, they manipulated a receipt to say bottled water! Opened my beef, to find no cheese or James River. It should come with it, if the only option pertaining to it is to add extra sauce or cheese. You can't order extra if you don't have any, right? How do you leave off sauce and cheese?!?! I shouldn't be surprised though. They did go through the effort to make a whole new recipt to avoid making a phone call. read more

My husband discovered Brothers RB in Kingston when looking for a new lunch spot - he raved about it and started becoming a regular there. He saw there was a Brothers in Abington as well, which is where we live. Decided to try the Abington location a couple of weeks ago .... I was absolutely amazed at their veggie calzone .... loved it so much ordered another one a week later and it was consistent with the first one - absolutely amazing -- ordering was easy, delivery was within the specified delivery time and everything was hot! We'll certainly be a regular customer at Abington location and he'll continue to be a regular customer in Kingston! read more

I keep wanting to like this shop because the food is consistently good, but they also consistently fail to deliver the drinks we pay for. I had an incredible roast beef sandwich. The barbecue sauce was slightly spicy, which was fantastic. My son had a huge slice of pizza which she said is the best he's had. Everyone was very friendly and we had a tremendous meal at Brothers. Highly recommend. read more

Update from the next day: ordered again, and my food got here within FIFTEEN MINUTES of placing my order, BUT it was wrong. I don't have a vehicle or anything so I can't drive to go get it fixed. I ordered buffalo chicken dinner and got regular chicken. Not a huge deal, but I'm kinda bummed. I'm pretty sure it was extra money for the buffalo. -- My order got here early, the food is great, their small pizzas are little bar pizzas that my kids absolutely love, my turkey club on wheat is HUGE and wonderful. Immediately upon entering the restaurant the staff just stared at us and weren't friendly. The young lady at the register had a little bit warmer energy than everyone else and took our order. The whole time we were sitting waiting for our food , the staff behind the counter kept staring over at us. I couldn't help but notice that we were the only black people there. I really hope that's not the reason but it was a little unsettling. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the steak tips and it was 4 small pieces, the plate was all rice and salad. The sub that we ordered was completely soggy at the bottom. The only decent plate was the salad but how can you really mess that up. I definitely won't be returning. Their other locations are a lot friendlier and there's plenty of other sub shops in the area that have better customer service and food. read more

have gone to Brothers in Abington for about a year-won't be going again. ordered 4 sandwiches, a pizza and an order of curly fries. Curly fries, although good, were half curly and half not-also cold. Italian cold cuts sub-cold cuts were cut so thick, couldn't chew the meat. If they are trying to save time cutting meats, not worth it. My favorite, roast beef sub had large chunks of roast beef. Steak and cheese was overcooked. Pizza was good although crust is tasteless. Did not try the 4th sub. What has happened???? Spent $94.00, including delivery and tip. Totally dissappointed. read more

We're very disappointed in the food. The roast beef was scarce and was supposed to have bacon and cheese on the sandwich. The bacon was mostly 1/3 of a slice crumbled without cheese. The fries were a small amount and the boneless chicken wings were cut in half to look like 5 pcs. I always liked their food but it changed. Sad...ugh read more

We've now had many other things and love their calzones, Italian subs, French fries (regular and curly), chicken salad salad (this is actual chunks of chicken breast and is always a very generous helping), and my husband loves their chicken finger dinner haha. I spent $42 on a roast beef sub ,steak fries,Pepsi and a pizza . Everything was cold, the Pepsi was so good. I don't like cold pizza , cold fries are even worse. So I called them and spoke with a woman who was nice and concerned but the a guy got on the line and really tried to tell me that it was delivered in timely manor. And that he does not understand what the problem is. It's Cold. It can't be it's only been 45 minutes. Wasn't looking for anything but an apology or reason for this. The best part -- the roast beef! Their beef is very lean and perfect doneness (med rare). Good portions - the jr. beef is huge! They serve it on a cheap hamburger bun that falls apart quickly. The roast beef is so phenomenal that they should really get a better grade of bread. The service unfortunately was disappointing. The girl behind the counter was efficient but a smile would have been nice. I waited for about 10 in the store waiting for my order which was one sandwich, then I noticed the girl asking the cook in the back where my sandwich was. He didn't have an answer but he then put it together quickly at that point. They might want to look at their ticketing system.
