Bob is the main salesman, and talking to him helped me get a good idea on what mattresses would work best for me, along with allowing me to try a pretty good selection of what was available in the store. I called him for information and then my son went in to try beds. He was there for about 45 minutes. My son reported that no one bothered him, they let take his time and see how they felt. Seriously, it's rare to find someone like him these days: honest, an expert, and sincerely cares about customers. I came to him with a unique situation. He could've just said he doesn't have a product that's a good fit for my use case because of the mattress thickness, but instead he made a recommendation for another company and told me the safety guidelines.
