Went for my very FIRST time to get my brows threaded & I LOVED IT! I went around 7:30pm on a Wednesday so it wasn't as busy as I've seen it before. It was painless & my brows are the cleanest I've ever seen them. Shabnam was the name of my threader & she did a FABULOUS job! She was suuuper friendly & made my first brow threading experience the best it could be. Go see her! I signed up for the 3-month unlimited membership as oppose to the 6 sessions because knowing how picky I am about having my brows clean I'll be putting that unlimited membership to use [= & in the long run you save money. Because for one session I would've paid $15, my 3-month unlimited membership cost me $50. I know I will go more than 6 times in the next 3 months so it'll pay for itself. Manisha was the person who did my brows today (edit: last week - I just realized yelp doesn't allow their app to be used without WiFi connection). She shaped them in a way that matched my facial features and "opened it up" as she said. Then she applied brow powder which I recommend if you are starting to get patchy brows. I grew mine out after having them waxed a few months ago at a high end waxing salon and I was not happy with the results. So glad I waited and came here. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Not really much to complain about a fresh eyebrow polish! I'm fairly new to Lynwood and back home (in Denver) I couldn't find a threading place anywhere. Thus why I haven't gotten them done in a couple years. Thanks to the ladies at Brow Arc, My face feels fresh and clean now! If you don't like waxing or have an allergy to wax, like I do, I would definitely recommend threading. It hurts the first time, but after that it's only a little sting. They do a beautiful job and respect any requests/restrictions you may have. Plus your skin isn't bright red and raw after! Great experience!! Got done with my second session just now. I paid for 5 sessions in advance that do not expire for a discounted price per session. Honestly, That's the way to go. These people are fucking ridiculous. Every single time I would come in, there's always only one employee working REGARDLESS of the time in the day. You come in on a Saturday afternoon and there's still only one person, which just means it's such a long wait. By the time you finally get seated, she literally doesn't even ask you what you came in for - how you like your brows, what you want her to work on, etc! For me that's like walking into a hair salon, getting seated, and the dresser literally starts smiling at your hair without asking what you want. My next visit I came in around 8 PM - 1 hour before closing. I sat & waited for my turn (taking 35 minutes because again, only one person working the whole joint). At 8:35 the girl looks at me & tells me that there's no time for my appointment, since "they close at 9". Well what the fuck do you want ME to do? If I've been here since 8 and you're telling me that you're not going to see me because you're "closed" even though your hours say 9, at least have the decency to tell me as I walk in at 8 PM, so I don't waste my time. Simply unbelievable. So people, if you plan on visiting, try to come in no later than 6 PM so the ONE person working would have time to make it to you too. read more

AMAZING! I have been here 3 times and I am hooked! I've seen 2 different girls, and unfortunately cannot remember their names. I come out happy every time. It's $15 per session but the last time I went I paid $50 for 3 months unlimited. I usually fill in / shape my eye brows but going to them.. I am so happy this place is so close to me. I had a membership at Shanti Threading and would use the Edmonds location. This store is so much closer and I like that they didn't have too long of a wait. Now, the girl that did my eyebrows had no personality whatsoever, but she wasn't necessarily rude. She just didn't acknowledge me; instead the other woman who was working with another customer guided me to the rude eyebrow tech. Overall I am happy though and it won't deter me from going back. i would put 0 stars if i could. do not come here unless you want your eyebrow shape ruined for the rest of your life i am putting photos of the before and the after. i have been growing out my eyebrows for the past three months by putting castor oil on them every single night, taking vitamins and making sure to grow them out nice and bushy. i walked in requesting a clean up. i specifically said do not change my shape just clean up. dont even cut them. she goes "ok i do one eyebrow and show you". she literally threaded out all of my eyebrows and changed my shape. i walked in showing a photo of gigi hadids eyebrows to emphasize the bushiness i want to keep because i model and i need big eyebrows. dont ever ever come here. after i said i'm sorry i'm not paying for this, she said "youre shape isn't the same as hers so" yes i know but that doesnt mean make my shape rven worse and nowhere near hers. attaching photos of before, what i showed her and after. yes my eyes were red because i was crying after they ruined them. read more

I have been going to Khoobsurat in Thrashers since 2012 and they slowly stopped doing what I wanted. My eyebrows were uneven and a mess! I would go in and they would take like less than one minute to fix them. I just came to Brow Arc because I had enough. I saw the reviews here and everyone says Manisha was an eyebrow goddess and I just have to agree. She fixed my brows and they are exactly how I wanted them. Just absolutely perfect. I have done my eyebrows at some places last 3 years. Honestly I was not pleased at all because most of ladies ruined my eye brow shape each time I came in to get it done. I always request not to touch my shape, not to make my brow thinner or shorten my tails length, just clean up. They still ruined the shape in the end. But I still keep my business with threading since I prefer it over waxing. I decided to switch to this location when I moved to Lynnwood in January. My first time here was nice. The lady gave me a nicer eyebrows than before. That was great. My second time at this place was OUTSTANDING. When I walked in, there were two ladies working and seriously I hoped the lady who did brow for the person came before me would not do my brow since she did it so quick. Because I thought she might not do a great job. Well, it was she who did my eyebrow lol. ANd still The same thing I do before threading was telling her not to do anything with the shape, just clean up. She did it rapidly and extremely gently. Even though I have my brow done in 3 years but the threading does hurt me every time. I thought this lady might ruin my eyebrows again. I was kind of pissed. But NOOOOO. I was totally wrong. She gave me the BEST OF THE BEST eyebrows ever. She did do something to my shape but it turned out a really nice brow that I was looking for. After reading some reviews here, I just know that she was Manisha who has the MAGIC HAND :) Thank you so much., Manishaaaaaa However, my last time was horrible. When I walked in, it was the different lady. My Manisha was not there. But I still want to give it a try. I told her not to change my shape AGAIN (I know how annoying it is). Not make it thinner, or shorter the tails length. When it was done, I was.... :( she totally ruined the shape that Manisha did for me, and she did make the length of my brow SHORTER. OMG. She did not even trim my brow, so I asked her if she could trim it 'cause it was too long. But really, I have to apply castor oil every night after that to grow it out so that I can go see Manisha again. I am wondering which days does she work there so that I can come see her. The two stars are for previous experiences. Today's experience was the worst I've had. No greeting when I came in or anytime after really. One of the woman just kept giving dirty looks at everyone who walked in the door so I guess she was ready to go? I should have left at that point but I had an event the next day and it was already after 6 pm. That same woman ended up doing my brows and just started off super aggressive. It hurt so much. I could hear her muttering under her breath questioning as it got worse and worse. At the end she presented me with uneven, no shape, butchered, super thin caterpillars. I had a shape when I walked in and she threaded it away. She knew it looked terrible so as soon as I questioned the end result she asked the other threader working to fix it. That threader's customer was kind enough to offer to wait while she tried to fix. The second threader was able find a semblance of a shape again at least and evened it up some but the end result was a swollen sharpie line looking eyebrows. I was obviously still unhappy but at least this I could somewhat camouflage with makeup. I didn't mask that I was unhappy and clearly expressed while it was better than the mess the first threader left it it was still something no one would have wanted. No apology or even acknowledgement I wasn't happy- just indifference. Still charged full price of course. Don't plan on returning. read more

The women at this location are extremely rude. I called at 6:30 asking if I arrived at 6:45 could someone service me and was told yes only to arrive (at 6:48) and be told they're closed. They close at 7 and I've been coming here for 4 years and am disappointed at how rude they were. Upper lip has never taken more than 3minutes so it hurts to say that I'll have to find a new threader. This is the best eyebrow threading spot I've found! The ladies there are fast and detailed. Always smiling and welcoming, they can work with all type of eyebrows. I am usually a very happy customer at this location since Shabnam usually does them and it turns out perfectly every time with very little pain. Today, however, I had the worst experience and ended up walking out of the booth. The stylist that did my eyebrows was so rough and left my skin raw red, and still stinging even 15 minutes later. She BROKE the thread a total of THREE times. The first time I asked her to please be more gentle to which there was no response. The second time she broke the thread I literally had to block her hand from continuing. I proceeded to tell her again she was being way too rough . She was finishing up my last eyebrow and broke the thread yet again!!! I felt as if I were being assaulted!!! I was so pissed that when she moved to start doing my lips, I just got up from my chair and told her my membership name and number and left!! This experience was horrific. I'm still in pain. She not only broke her thread once, twice, BUT THREE TIMES. After two times of me asking her to be gentle. I will never go back to this location and after being a member for over a year, I will choose a new place to go. There are countless of places to get these services done and they should do a much better job of training. A very dissatisfied customer. read more

I had never done threading before on my eyebrows, just waxing. I have to say that Santi did an AMAZING job, it was the cleanest and most beautiful my eyebrows ever looked. I think they can just get a higher level of precision with threading than with waxing. It hurt a little but at first but I think it gets less painful the more you do it. I love how they did my brows!!! But the lady who did my brows was a bit rough and broke the thread 3 times....I'm not sure if that's good or bad because this was my first eyebrow threading.I also loved how the prices were so cheap!!
