I came in recently for just eyebrows and I left unimpressed. Full transparency, I typically get my eyebrows waxed and thought I had a decent pain tolerance to it, but the threading was pretty uncomfortable. My eyebrows are still sore and it's been over 24 hours. Maybe I am sensitive ‍ The thing that really bothered me though was the girl didn't ask me before taking away half of my eyebrows. I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away. You can always do more but you can't undo what's already been done. The price is also a bit steep. I remember when eyebrows used to be $8-10. I paid $20 including a small tip. This seems to be the only reliable eyebrow threading in Melbourne. I've been here numerous of times and only had one not so good experience that another employee resolved. However, I wanted to leave a review for the young black female that threaded my eyebrows today because there's another negative review of her service and it almost swayed me to not try her, considering my previous not so good experience. I've been coming here for over a year regularly and they've always done a good job. I came in today to get my eyebrows and upper lip done and was worked on by a young black female. I've never seen her there before but thought that I should give her a chance. Midway through I could feel that she was barely threading any hair so I kindly asked if I could take a look and from my expression she scoffed and asked if I wanted her to remove more hair and said it "looks good". I did want to ask if she was maybe a student of some sort because she looks very young but from her attitude, I felt like I should just pay and leave quietly because I'm NOT one to make a scene. I can tell she has potential but again she could be nicer and more welcoming! Not to mention she cut me pretty bad ‍. I've been getting my brows threaded for 10 years. I've been here a couple times and the owner did a great job. I had someone else and left in tears. I told her I've been growing my brows and to leave them thick and she proceeded to completely take off all of it. She also got my skin and it bled which I have NEVER had happen with threading. read more

Left in tears. Long story short Sonai messed up my eyebrows and made one side thinner than the other. She messed up my service because the entire time, and I kid you not as I'm laying down waiting for her to start my eyebrows, she was arguing with her coworker. She didn't give my eyebrows enough attention to notice she was messing up because she kept talking, and then tried to gaslight me and say that my eyebrows were thin to begin with. I went to the Brow Arc on Tuesday, March 20th for chin threading. As I was in Melbourne, Florida for the week, I looked for a local provider. NOTE: This was NOT my first threading experience. However, this is the first time I left with open wounds after the procedure, welts, and a fever for 3 days. I would never recommend this facility after my experience there. The picture in and of itself says more than I ever could. Update (May 7, 2018): Unfortunately, the response below is not sufficient. The hair on my chin is not coarse. That reaction was within 15 minutes of leaving the facility. No one should experience the pain and suffering as well as permanent scarring that I did. A refund will not suffice. read more

I love going here to get my eyebrows threaded! I have had many of the different ladies that work there do my brows, but now I exclusively have Touba do them! She is so great! I can literally go there on my lunch break. Sit in the chair for 5 minutes and then I am done. She is just so quick and skilled. She gets the perfect shape every time and her touch leaves no red marks after. Also, they have a deal where you can pay $50 for 3 months and go unlimited amount of times. I love this place Sonal is the best hands down. She always knows what to do and the best part is she is fast. She is also not afraid of my eyebrow ring which is nice because it seems that everyone else is afraid they will hurt me if they touch it. I have been going to her for years because an old employee that worked there at the time told me to try and that's when I fell in love with Sonal and her work ethic. She always remembers details on my life and always keeps in touch which is great. I don't like going to anyone else unless I'm 100%strapped for time which I make sure I try not to deal with. Now I get my eyebrows done by Sonal. My brows have gotten used to her service and I am pretty happy. I do keep renewing my membership and go there in a regular basis. If you were getting your eye brows done from someone who does not work there anymore, give Sonal an opportunity to prove herself. She is friendly and does a pretty awesome job. Here we are in 2019 and I am still thrilled that Touba is my 'go to' gal for my wild eyebrows. It is so easy to show her what I want by the many styles reflected on the chart. Worst customer service!!! No business ethics at all. I signed in on the clipboard and saw there two customers ahead of me. So I decided to go to jcpenny for a walk until she's free. I came back ten minutes later and was still in queue, she was only working on the first of the two people ahead of me and when she saw me she told me that I lost my space in queue because I left the store. I did not get the point of having a sign in sheet when she just gets to decide who gets seen or not. The girl that was in the chair even told her that I signed in, but it fell on deaf ears. This is the worst eyebrow place I have ever been. My eyebrows were completely ruined when I left. I came in with a nice shape and size eyebrow, just wanting to get them cleaned up and left with literally ZERO eyebrows. The girl did not even ask how I wanted them, she just went right in. Every other time I have gotten my eyebrows threaded at any other place, they have just cleaned them up nicely. This was not the case here. The shape is gone, and they are so tiny you can barely see them. Everyone knows how long it takes to get your eyebrows grown out, and now mine are ruined. I will never go here again, and I urge anyone who does to make sure to tell them EXACTLY how you want your eyebrows, unless you want them ruined. read more
