I think Rina was the once who cut my hair? She is from Bangladesh. She was very kind and welcoming and made great conversation with me which I always look for and appreciate with stylists who tend to my hair. I let her know I am very particular with my hair and that if she can do a dry hair cut since my hair is curly and every stylist I have gone to always soaks my hair wet and I end up with really bad shrinkage and shorter hair than I requested. Rina was happy to tether to my needs and requests and cut my curls dry and cut it to the perfect length I desired! read more

I always come here to get my brows done by different ladies and it usually comes out good. Today Amina did my eyebrows. When she was finished in just 3 minutes I knew it wasn't going to come out good. They were crooked- one was way higher than the other. I'm in despair over my eyebrows. I waited 8 months to get my brows done only to have gotten them done poorly. I asked for a "very very light cleaning", yet the lines are asymmetric, they're the thinnest line on my face, and I was bleeding in way too many spots. I've been coming this brow arc for some time now and I've finally found my go to person! Ila! She's amazing. She's patient and knows exactly how I like my brows. She's great! Never had a bad experience with her I've had Amina do my eyebrows multiple times as well and she is also fantastic!!!!!! Highly recommend her if you need your brows done. Amina has been my favorite since I've been coming to Brow Arc. I haven't been coming on the same days but when she's there, I know I'm leaving looking amazing! She and Ila are my go-to there and there have been times I've kept walking when I didn't see either of them in there lol Parvin did my eyebrows most recently and I was pleasantly surprised with how my eyebrows came out. I usually keep walking when I don't see ila or Amina in the shop but I was desperate but she was great. Very complementary of my eyebrows. Brow Arc, they all need increases in my opinion. Normally I have been very happy with my eyebrow threading experience, except for today. She left my eyebrows super thin and didn't even ask if I wanted the aloe lotion after. I seriously had to ask her if I could get aloe for my eyebrows on a cotton ball to go :( read more

We come here often to see Linda. She is awesome. She take care of my girls for their haircuts. She also does my eyebrows. When I had more time I would see her once a week to get my hair straightened and eyebrows touched up. We have been coming since my youngest was a baby in her stroller and now she get her hair trimmed up as an 8 year old. My teen girl gets her hair trimmed too. read more

So I've been a customer of theirs for some time now ever since they were on the other side of the mall. I purchased a package that included a few services so I thought cool deal I always come here anyway . The last time I came I waited probably 15 minutes after the opening time . It was my day off so no big deal I know things happen so I just waited until the finally opened. Today was the last time I will ever come here EVER . The lady did my eyebrows but when I gave her my name and phone number she didn't find me in the system. She asked me for my ID and I gave it to her. She continued to check using my name phone number email birthday all the works . Nothing she just didn't find me. Horrible. !This resulted in me having to pay again. I'm over this place . It took longer to try to find me in the system than the time it took her to do my eyebrows. I feel bad for the girl who was waiting and waiting to get her eyebrows done after me. read more

This beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. By far the worst haircut of my life . The hairdresser was a joke.I left this salon crying with a headache from the stress, i had there. I asked the woman to give me face framing bangs and she left me with a boy hair cut and bangs as short as the mid of my forehead. I kept telling her left me With out hair :she responded my hair was already short . Never did I asked her to give me Layers . I asked her to texturized it a little with out compromising the length . She then said the back would be shorter and I Kept telling her I wanted one length . I walked out and she called the owner of the salon . The owner of the salon asked me if I was paying attention . I responded I have never In my life had to police a hairdresser. Said she wouldn't charge me .. why would she charge me for butchering my hair?? . She then had the audacity to say when my hair grew out she would fix it . My hair is not growing out for at least six months. I can't even pin my bangs back or put my hair in a ponytail. I work in the corporate world and have to figure out a way to fix it my Monday . My hair looks nothing like the picture which I showed her multiple times . It's an insult to believe not charging me would fix the problem. The staff was unapologetic and kept telling me my hair was already like that and was simply blended.. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service.They are desperate for customers and I see why. The woman who was responsible for cutting my hair was too busy promoting her micro blading service she runs from home .. people like this should never be allowed to cut anyone's hair . I was welcomed with a lady named Meena. When trying new locations I'm nervous because as women our eyebrows are a huge part of our appearance. She made me feel less nervous and told me in the beginning that my eyebrows were uneven but, rest assured she would be able to fix them. I made a huge mistake coming here. I'm was beyond upset and dissatisfied yesterday. I was looking to get a Brazilian wax, which I haven't had in about six months. I decided to get it done again for convenience. I found Brow Arc Claiming to be a "full service salon" and they are definitely not! The front desk women assured me it wouldn't take more than 20-25 mins so I was pleased with that because I was on a time crunch, in which I let her know. The girl who waxed me did not seem confident in what she was doing and took over an hour.... OVER AND HOUR and we still weren't finished. I had to leave. I couldn't be there any longer. The girl who waxed me was very sweet and I could tell she felt bad. I still had to pay for the entire service even though I didn't complete my service. They didn't seem to care. I payed them and I won't ever be going back. I'm very upset. read more
