I have never had a positive experience shopping at this Sephora. I have heard and shared the same from others in the community as well. It does NOT represent the Sephora name as I know it but those within my community who have never visited a Sephora store outside of Abilene do not know this and some even vow to never give Sephora their business. With that being said, I would like to tell you why this Sephora inside JC Penny gives such a bad name to Sephora. I will start with the very tasteless sales representatives, they are understaffed, and possibly not treated well which reflects off of them onto the customers. Asking any of them for assistance or for them to do their job is requesting them to scoff at you. I feel as though I should bring attention to the lack of organization. The products are organized on the shelf in no particular order and many times the labels do not match what is in the tester or stocked on the shelf. I have returned items even in the wrong boxes. I would like to know if I am buying the hypoallergenic product without reading every box on the shelf in comparison to the one behind 'hypoallergenic'. Their is also a 90% guarantee that the product you would like to purchase is not in stock. There is not enough inventory to service Abilene and unfortunately, there are brands at Sephora not at our neighborhood Ulta. I have not visited this Sephora in months as I would prefer to give my money to Ulta or an out of town Sephora. they are making quite the name for Sephora everywhere.

She tattooed my brows without even drawing them on first for my approval. Ali was able to remove the horrible brows with an acid process she specializes in. Finally, she drew my brows the way I wanted them before tattooing them on, and I couldn't be happier. Ali spent a lot of time with me, educating me on what happened and what I could expect.
