Her policy is if you miss the appointment you pay anyways! I had to change my entire schedule to be able to make this appointment. That was just the first thing! She makes promises and doesn't make notes or remember what she said she was going to do. What I mean by this is she felt I needed to try a different procedure which she said she would include in my next appointment. When I showed up to my second appointment it was never mentioned again. I don't like false promises. Then the final straw was her telling me she couldn't schedule my third appointment due to believing the spa would close due to Covid precautions. This was the week of thanksgiving. Salons were never closed and she never contacted me again! I contacted her a MONTH later to ask what the issue was and she pretended she had no idea what I was talking about. She has done nothing but give me the run around and after all this she won't give me a refund due to her "no refund" policy.
