I have asked Halle to call me several times and no call back to get it resolved. One gal that answers the phone is very rude and nasty so I guess I won't be going back. I've never had a bad experience at the business in the past, and I reacted in the immediate shock of the encounter. Over the years, TWB had become a space where I felt safe, particularly because my experiences there had always been with women. I've had traumatic experiences in the past that have led me to intentionally seek out women-only spaces whenever possible, which is why this interaction affected me so strongly. With the additional context, I recognize that my original characterization was stronger than warranted and understand now that the questions were part of the business's standard process. In hindsight, I think there was a misunderstanding on both sides of the encounter. I appreciate the clarification and have reconsidered my initial assessment, which is reflected in my updated review.

Diane completely messed up my eyebrows and it took 4 months to grow it again. I just moved to the area and trusted that she will take care of me since she works for benefit since I am a loyal customer of benefit where I came from. On top of that she put eyebrow makeup to cover her mess up and I didn't discover it until I washed my face. I will NEVER trust her with my brows at all. I had to draw my eyebrows for months! If you don't want your eyebrows to look as straight as a ruler don't go to her. Lost all my confidence in her and truthfully she needs to get retrained.
