I decided to visit this salon because of the great reviews, but wish I would've just went elsewhere. For starters, I walked in at 10:10 and her door was closed and light was off. The business stated they open at 10. She walks in shortly after. When I sit in the chair I stated I just want my brows cleaned up. Maybe I should've been more clear. She did not comb my brows she just started threading and I felt when she gapped my brows. She was rushing the service as if she was in a hurry. She handed me the mirror and I immediately told her that I was not missing a large gap of hair there before and she said "no your eyebrows are very thin", whether they were thick or thin, they never had a gap with no hair. The only positive thing I can say is that she offered to not charge me and fix it next time. But there won't be a next time. It'll take a month for my eyebrow to fill back in. So now I have to spend more money to find a product to fill it in. The tardiness, rushing my service, then screwing up my eyebrow was completely unacceptable. Very unhappy with my eyebrows.. A young girl did them for me. She didn't ask what I wanted at all, then maybe she would've known I wanted to keep my NATURAL THICK shape, just cleaned up as I haven't had them done for 2months (elsewhere). So that should've been a red flag for me but I'm a friendly person who believes people know what they're doing in their profession and gives them a chance. She made them SOOOO skinny. Not only are they super thin but they're PATCHY. Missing hair.. and noticeable at that, when before they never looked like this. They no longer look like my natural eyebrows. She made my left "good" Eyebrow WORSE than my "difficult" right Eyebrow. I feel like she completely shaped them to her own liking.. I have never had thin eyebrows and that's something I accepted growing up and grew to appreciate them. Now my face looks completely different, even. I came in super excited because of all the positive reviews and the pics of good results and happy customers but I hate them. I guess I saw the wrong woman. Now I need to fill them in everyday until they grow out again. If I could give no stars and get my money back I would. In my picture, the top is before and the bottom is after. I regret trusting a stranger with my eyebrows. I'm so sad.. I cried. I've never left a 1 star or such a negative review before. I'm not sure how many people are at this location. But there is a young woman here who has absolutely no clue what she is doing. My eyebrows are uneven, lopsided, and this is by far the worst experience in the springs. And Colorado Springs is pretty mediocre for everything in general. Please avoid this location. read more

My first time ever getting my eyebrows and upper lip worked on with threading. She was very patient with me and supportive. If there was any kind of service I can talk about, I got it through her! I purchased the $8 for $15 deal and my phone died, I told her about what happened, and she still gave me a discount! Loved the results of her work!
