I've gone here for over a year straight because I have been trying to grow my eyebrows out after a bad waxing experience took most my brows and they won't grow back. normally this place had been great about it! Today I went and it was around 2:45 I was the first to come in with a bunch of people right behind me. i dont know if the girl felt rushed, I have had this girl before I think, but I was wondering what took so long usually it's a quick touch up and I could feel pain all around my brows which I usually don't.. While driving home I realize she literally left two small strips for eyebrows!!!!! ALL MY WORK GROWING THEM OUT IS GONE. I am beyond pissed off and I have to go into work I do not have time to get filler for this monstrosity. My brows now look like the style from the 90s i dont know why she would do this im so embarrassed and angry I've had to grow them out for so long!!! read more

I see why this place has 5 stars . One of my friends told me to stop by and check them out and I'm impressed by the wya my eyebrows turned out. Kristen, takes her time and literally makes sure they are PERFECT! I was there for about 15-20 mins but it's well worth it and you can tell she takes pride in her craft. These ladies are just wonderful. The shop usually only has one or two customers inside at any given time, which is nice - so they are not in a rush to get you in and out. They take their time to shape your eyebrows exactly how you want, are very gentle and ask if there's anything you want changed along the way. Great price at only 11$ I believe, and offer you water after. I've come here a handful of times the last 6 months since I've lived here and I won't be going anywhere else! It took me a couple of weeks to make up my mind about this place. I was pretty excited to come here, but I ended up not being very satisfied with my brows. I think the one who worked on my eyebrows was a younger looking lady and not the one everyone raves about in their reviews, most likely. Sorry, I didn't want to post my brows, but the lady who did it gave me a weird shape and left it thicker at the ends. I ended up trimming my own afterwards which I rarely ever do. I appreciated the cooling gel after my brows were threaded, but other than that, totally wasn't worth the drive or my money. #sorrynotsorry read more

There's usually about 1 or 2 people ahead of me but the two ladies I've been getting my eyebrows done by work diligently and quick (along with proper hygiene among themselves and between clients). Moving to CO from CA was so exciting for me, until I realized that Colorado Springs is slightly short handed on places that do eye brow threading. I am super sensitive to waxing, so that is never an option for me, and quite honestly, i do not trust myself with DIY options, as I've messed my brows up in the past. I searched yelp for places that offer eyebrow threading & this location popped up that wasn't too far from home & I could stop on my way home from school. Initially on my first visit, I was super skeptical because I was so used to my old brow place. To be quite honest, I judged this book by its cover. I was super nervous and scared my eyebrows were going to die in that chair, but that was the opposite of what happened. Unfortunately, I do not know the lady who runs the shop's name, but she has given me the best threading experience I've ever had! She took her time, and she was super gentle which is a change from what i was used to. She was constantly asking for my opinion about how I preferred my brows and what she thought was best for future hair growth. She always has cold & free water available for you. She offers to use witch hazel after the session which I love because my skin tends to break out after I've had my brows done, but I've noticed since then I haven't had that problem. This is definitely my new go to place for eyebrow threading. My brows have never looked better, and I am so confident in her ability to handle my brows! read more

I love this place! The lady who does the threading takes her time and really takes care of you. I loved that she asks where you do and don't want hair removed. My problem with threaders here in the springs is the fact that they make your eyebrows too thin. I wish I would have gotten her name, but that's only person I saw working there. She takes her time, but does it right! If you're planning to tip on your card make sure to tell them before they swipe, because unfortunately there's no tip option on the store copy receipt and she works too hard to not get a tip read more
