This rating is specifically for, CHRISTY. I have gone here for a year and a half and will only go to Christy for threading. If she isn't there, I turn around and go home. My heart goes out to the women who reported the low reviews because I also had that experience the one time I didn't go to Christy. Sooooo, hint hint wink wink. I am UPDATING since my last review! This place is under new workers. Rehana is BACK Tuesdays and Wednesday. So hallelujah praise the lord. In one time I put trust back into eyebrow threading. The woman who was there before who ruined my eyebrows three times is gone and I'm as happy as can be!!! My eyebrows are beautiful again, even, and shaped like eyebrows again! I love this place! Threading is so much better than a wax! It lasts twice as long as a wax and they do a great job. Fast and easy.

My sister and I have been here a total of 3 times. The first time an older lady messes up my eyebrows, tooooo thin. The second time, I had a younger girl who's name was Rhianna(sp?) who did a great job! And now the third time, my sister went and the older woman butchered her eyebrows, after she had been patiently growing them out. She said she was just going to "clean them up" and "keep the same shape" and she did neither! We are not fans of this worker and probably will not be going back when she works. read more

One star only because I have to. It was my first time here, I was asking questions to the brow lady and she seemed very agitated. She than took it out on my brows. When I pointed out a couple of errors again very rudely and aggressively she continued to over thread and aggressively rip out my brows. Let's just say, I left with really thin brows and a super red forehead. Don't waste you time or money here. I'm new to AZ, and the hunt for a good brow wiz will continue. read more

My sister and I have been going to this place since the beginning and they have done a great job. BUT within the last two months we have come back only for them to ruin both of my eyebrows and misshape them. I ask for a clean up and they take off half my eyebrow. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone, unless you want choppy uneven eyebrows. I told the lady I wanted a refund and she just gave me a free eyebrow threading. I am literally upset and ready to cry. I've been here a few times and even took my friend here. I had a gal named Chisty (sp?) the first time and she was great! My brows were not too thin and cleaned up perfectly. I came back with my friend and the older woman worked on her. She butchered it thin. I've been back 2 more times and the older woman is the only one there. This is the final straw and the last time I will ever be back! The first time, I had my whole face threaded. She was so forceful in getting it done fast she cut me at least 6 times around the side of my face, above my brows, and my eyelid!! Shape wasn't great, but wasn't too thin so I could work around filling that. The second and last time ever, I got my eyebrows done. I walked in with my eyebrows shaped and filled, I told her to clean up around it. She even told me she was going to clean up around it. After I was done, my eyebrows were nearly gone! "Your inner eyebrows were thin so I shaped it all to thin" .... I HAD EYEBROW HAIR THERE. She even took out 2 big chunks on the same brow and tried to powder it back in before I left. I came home and noticed that my brows wasn't even cleaned well. I could have done better tweezing them myself. Also, one of my brows is thinner at the ends and thick in the middle. WHAT THE FUCK. Get your moneys worth somewhere else people!! read more

This place was terrible. They cut off part of my eye brow, the shape was terrible. I've never had such a terrible job done on my eye brows in my life. The woman begged me to come back so she could "do it better next time". I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is terrible. I left there with on significantly thicker eyebrow and one super thin one. I went there once and had a good experience, so I thought this was my new spot. The three times after that were a disaster. As I mentioned asymmetrical eyebrows which was a mess, but on top of that I always noticed a bunch of missed stray hairs all over when I would get in the car. So ridiculous and expensive. I absolutely would advise not to spend your money and time in this place. They will screw up your eye brows by making them thin and uneven, your forehead will come out red and burning. The women working have horrible attitudes, and they don't know what they're doing when it comes to brows. Trust my word, it ain't worth it. I have a brow lady and love her to death and will never leave her for places such as brow art 23 to screw my brows up. read more

I took my two teen daughters in here for the first time. My 17 year old left in tears. We only managed to get one brow done. Apparently she has very sensitive skin and maybe less pain tolerant and the lady was very rough and had no empathy whatsoever. I got the feeling that she had no patience for this. My 15 year old did a little better, though a few cut marks were on her brow where the thread had pulled the skin. She also did not speak English at all. So for two girls who had never had this work done, this lady was not a great choice. I however, had my lip and chin done, she did a good job. She also did not charge me for the one eyebrow on my older daughter, so I guess that's a plus. I hate how this place is out in the open. There is nothing covering the windows so everyone in the mall can watch you get your lip and chin done. It is embarrassing enough to have unwanted facial hair, but to have to sit like you're a fish in a fishbowl, not fun. There was NO privacy whatsoever. You have the work done in the 'lobby', 'waiting room' whatever it is called, right in front of all the other people who are waiting. She gets two stars only because she did a pretty good job on me. read more

I frequently visited this location when it was a little kiosk stand and since it became a full store I have not been more dissatisfied with my eye brows this is my second time going back to the store and also my last. I have been letting my eyebrows grow out for a while so I could get a better shape to them the next time I planned on going to get them done. I specifically told the owner 3 TIMES I don't want them thin I just want to clean them up. She offered to give me a better arch and since she is the professional I said ok. Before I saw them in the mirror she was already coming over to fill them in (which she never did before) so I could only assume she messed up. My eyebrows are now ridiculously thin and uneven, they are probably the worst eyebrows I've had. I will never return to this location. It is definitely worth the drive to go to ibrow in Tempe next time I've never had issues there and the service is way better. read more
