I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. I live in Queen Creek and there aren't many threading places nearby. After a quick Yelp search, I found Rehana Beauty Bar and realized it was in the San Tan Village mall. I love visiting the mall but wasn't sure exactly where it was. Of course my GPS just dropped me off in the middle of the mall, so you want to look for the Honeybee Boba tea place and it's right next to Fast Fix Jewelry. Luckily, Rehana herself picks up the phone and she directed me on where exactly to go. Parking is readily available at the mall. It's $18 only to get your eyebrows threaded and I was in and out with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. It's quick, easy, she listened to what I wanted and did it in a heartbeat. She has another location in Mesa and she's opening a new one in Queen Creek. This location has been around for four years. She also sells jewelry and clothes. You get a punchcard that you can use towards the discounted service. She is super sweet and was so nice to my kids who joined me for the occasion! Rehana Beauty Bar is one of the closest salons to me that offer eyebrow threading. I've been a customer for a few years now, on and off. They recently moved spaces, but are still inside San Tan Village, which is convenient. The ladies are skilled and usually do a great job. They listen when I ask not to take too much off my brows and I've left satisfied 9 times out of 10. The salon is clean and welcoming. The new space is much bigger than their last and has more chairs. Their prices have gone up, which I understand. I used to pay $13 for eyebrow threading and recently paid $15. They're a great, convenient option since they don't typically require an appointment. read more

Solid place! I was looking on Yelp for a new threading place since I recently moved to the area and really enjoyed reading the reviews so I decided to give it a shot! I was a bit lost trying to find the place at first which was a little odd because I've been to San tan village before for shopping but it's actually next to the medical one store and Macy's. When I called to ask for directions, an individual answered, I never got her name but I assumed she's the owner and she was very helpful with directions. I came in on a weekday so I got in pretty fast. I waited for a few minutes and was out in less than 5 minutes! Lol I just needed a a brush up and I knew it wouldn't be that long since I had my eyebrows done - powder ombre. I visited this beauty center at the beginning of the month to have my eyebrows and upper lip done. Usually, the owner handles my appointments, but this time, a girl with black hair and noticeable burn marks on her hands was the only one there. It was my first time seeing her, as the owner wasn't present. Since I hadn't done my eyebrows in about two months, they were quite thick, and I specifically asked her to make them slightly thinner. I kept confirming this with her throughout the process. While working on my eyebrows, she kept talking to herself, and I wasn't sure if she was speaking to her phone or just mumbling. When she finished and handed me the mirror, I was shocked to see that my right eyebrow was extremely thin, almost like a line, and completely different from the left one. I calmly pointed this out to her, but she suggested making the other eyebrow just as thin to match. I told her I wasn't sure what to do, and suddenly, she walked away to attend to another client without finishing my session. I politely reminded her that she hadn't finished with me, but she started shouting at me like a crazy person. She even pointed her middle finger at me and told me to leave the place. I asked for the owner's contact number, but she rudely told me to "Google it." In front of everyone, she demanded that I pay and leave. I was in complete shock and considered calling the police. Instead, I left, called my husband, and decided to address the situation with the owner the next day. Unfortunately, I had to travel shortly after and never got the chance to return. I will never visit this place again and wanted to share my experience to warn others. Please be cautious if you choose to go there. read more

I went in on 02/24/2025 at 4:30pm. I came out with very thin eyebrows that were uneven. I always had thick eyebrows and in the past 2 visits the girl had made them uneven I had to let them grow out for 3 months only for her this time to not only make them uneven but to make them a thin line. My daughter and I have been coming here for years always satisfied with the owner and her daughter. When I looked in the mirror I was horrified to see all my eyebrows gone. When I said something the girl smirked and laughed. She said I can come back and have the owner correct them. Correct what I have no eyebrows left. I texted the daughter she has not yet responded to me I called the shop to speak to the owner and there has been no answer at the shop today. read more

Showed up at 1:03pm today (Tuesday, August 6th) to get my brows threaded and lady said they were closed. It's very difficult to get in as this is not the first time they have closed during open hours posted online. Very disappointed with the inconvenience and overall will likely find a new threading place because of this inconsistency. read more

This is our go-to eyebrow place and I don't know who the girl working today 08/06 at around 1pm, but she was super rude and my brows are on fire so she probably got some of my skin. The lady who is usually there, is great, but this new girl is horrible. My husband and I both said if she's there next time when we go, we're just going to walk out. read more

Super fast service! I called for a walk in appointment and was able to get in right away. The girl who did my brows was really fast. I think I was in there for only 10 minutes tops. She cleaned them up and gave me an arch. This place is in Santan Village shopping center right by Macys. I would definitely suggest checking this place out! Nice place and very welcoming I walked in around 5:30 PM on a Monday and it was about a 15 minute wait. I have done eyebrow threading for about 2 years now and the young lady who did my brows was super sweet but it was sooooo painful. She did a wonderful job at the shape and took her time even though many people were walking in. I love the idea of the punch card they hand out after every threading service and the prices are great! read more

I hate to give a review of 3 stars, but I am not happy with this place. My last visit I would give zero stars, but when Rehana did my eyebrows before she did a great job. My very first time coming here I would call and got no answer one day. I called the following day and Rehana answered and said she was not in but she thought her daughter was and I drove all the way over there during business hours and it showed a closed sign. Finally the next day Rehana was there and did my eyebrows. She did a really good job and was quick. The price for eyebrow here is a little pricier than others, but it is close to home for me. The second time I came I walked in and it was packed inside. Rehana was on vacation so the girl in there was by herself. She did not greet anyone who walked in and it was dead silence with everyone waiting. Wish there was music or something! She took a long time with every customer which is fine if she is doing a good job. I waited for 40 min with 4 people in front of me. When it was my turn I told her just to clean them up. When she was done I looked in the mirror she gave me and I could tell they were thin and definitely different. Since there was so many people and silent in there I didn't say anything. I thought they were okay until I got to my car. Nobody has ever messed up my eyebrows the way she did. She took so much off my middle to wear my eyebrows had the biggest gap and took off ends short. They were both uneven. I was in shock I wanted to cry. I am still growing in my eyebrows. I will never go here again. She needs more training before doing eyebrows.
