This was the most awful experience ever. The lady came to where I was signing up and just rushed me into the process of selecting. I finished up selecting eyebrow threading (which is what I initially wanted and ONLY wanted). I sit down and she's just plain rude while threading. When she finished the brows she immediately starts lip threading WITHOUT asking for me first and without me mentioning ANYTHING. After she's done, she goes to the other lady at the counter and starts talking and laughing and looking my way. She charges me for eyebrows and lip threading and never says a word to me, only laughs and looks over at her coworker and at me. I felt disgusting there. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Not to mention that they also did a bad job on both the eyebrows AND lips. read more

They do great service, have affordable prices and I always tip $8 on my $12 eyebrows. I've seen 4 different ladies and they have all done great work, but now I'm upset. I arrived at 7:10pm when they close at 8:00pm and they wouldn't see me... What is the point of having closing times when I'm driving 45 minutes out of my way to be seen and I arrive way before the closing time, just to be turned away. That's terrible business practices and I rather find someplace else that is dependable, than drive to a place during open hours to be told they are closed. I don't recommend anyone drive far to come here. Side Note: I would understand if maybe it was only one person in the store, because they may have an emergency to tend to personally, but their was two people in the store and they just waved me away instead of even taking the time to tell me what's up. read more

I've been going here since I was 14 and they do an amazing job ever single time. The women are so sweet and know exactly what they're doing. It certainly helps to communicate exactly what you want and be honest if you want something adjusted. You can't expect what you don't ask for and they're more than willing to accommodate your :) ! read more

I have been going for years to the location I'm Wellington Florida. They had a loyalty program after 10 visits you get a free eyebrow service. Last time I went the lady doing my brows stated system was down and could not honor my free service. She promised next time I would receive,so I went today and they switched systems. The manager stated she no longer honors because the new system is not able to put free service. I told her just don't charge she refused. My problem isn't the free service it's don't have a system and then back out it's not right. The attitude of the manager was I don't care. On principle they lost a customer! read more

Overall, I was traumatized with my experience. I came in to have my eyebrows threaded and asked to have them shaped. When I saw the final result, she did nothing but clean up certain areas. I asked her to shape them more and she ended up thinning my eyebrows AND cutting my skin in the process. She didn't seem worried about it and just said it will go away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to have my eyebrows threaded and she demanded that I should have my eyebrows tinted and I am a redhead so they are very light, but fit my face. After insulting me, I just said okay to it. MY EYEBROWS WERE BLACK!!! I looked like I had caterpillars on my face and it looked so bad with my hair and fair complexion. She knew she did a bad job and kept putting makeup on them and they just got worse. Finally, after paying, I met up with my fiancé and he was shocked. He demanded I go back in and they just said they don't look that bad and they will fade. He asked if they would do a refund and they said no!!!! Happy to have found this place. Price for threading eyebrows are $12. I love Praveena she does a great job with me and my daughter's brows. She is patient and knows the art of arching. Convenient location in the mall at Wellington Green. They have several girls that work in there. They all seem to be knowledgable about threading. I wish I had pictures of my BLOODY eyebrows. I was cut several times on each brow with thread. I've been here several times over the years and each time I go I remember why I shouldn't have. My husband was shocked when I got home with a bloody brow. And nearly bloody other brow. I'm very unhappy and will never return. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

To start, I have been going here with my husband for one and a half years. They do a nice job shaping your eye brows. However, today was the last straw! Nearly everytime I go in and state "I want eyebrows only" they ask if I want my "upper lip" done--incenuating I have a mustache of some sort....not sure how to take this but I continued to go there until after today.... I went in to have eyebrows threaded and at the end of it I went to the counter to pay and the lady checking me out kept repeating "tip" "tip" "you need to give tip" "don't you have more cash?" Then she proceeds to turn around and point to the $12 for eyebrow threading ( which I had already given her) then turned back to me and kept repeating "you need to give tip". What a joke! You don't demand someone gives a tip--incredibly rude! We will not be going back for sure! read more

My Fiancé went in to get her brows done while I sat in the car. She came back to my car in tears because her Brows were horrible they were Black and she's a Red Head she likes them light. I went in to ask for a refund for her and they said no.. They need New Employees the fact they don't know what there doing is horrible. I've been coming to this location for over 7 years now and it's gone completely down hill. I'm not sure if there's new management or poor talent but the new girls there are awful and painful when threading. Also just tried to go (mall doesn't close until 9) and they had their doors closed. While pleasant in greetings the women here seem unexperienced and almost bored. The first time I went my eye brows ended up thinner than expected, now the second time my eyebrows are not even leveled or shaped. Eye brows are supposed to be sisters, mine turned out like third cousins. I asked her to be conservative in cleaning my eyebrows and this is what happens. HORRIBLE. I have been going to this location on and off while I am living in Wellington and home from school. A couple weeks before my encounter today, I went into the salon and was talking to the lady about my eyebrows because I wasn't sure I needed them done just yet. The lady insisted she cleaned them up a little for free and I went on my way. Today I go in there and the same lady is there. I tell her it's me and that I told her I would be back in a few weeks, so here I am. she shrugged it off with a "oh" and continued to get her things together. As I, IN VERY MUCH DETAIL, explain what I want her to do with my eyebrows and what I DONT want her to do, she continued with the service and said she understood. After getting my right eyebrow done I looked in the mirror and HALF OF MY EYEBROW WAS MISSING!!!!! This lady did not listen to anything I said and insisted on doing whatever she wanted. I was a loyal customer for about 3 years and I will NEVER go back. I did not let them do my second eyebrow either and as I was stating why I was upset the lady was looking around like she was confused. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more
