Close to the final stage of top of the line pedicure, Annie came up to the chair armed with the nail lamp n stripper. She stripped the affected peeled parts only. Then she applied the dust n applied lamp heat. U can still see the peels under the poor excuse of rectifications. Half ass done to a $60 manicure. I tip very well for my vanity privileges. I also recalled having my nails done at the pedicure chair when i wanted a regular polish. When fingernails are shaped n painted while in a pedicure chair, it doesnt give good results. When u are a service business, u will get unsatisfied customers. Practice giving sincere apologies even if u question in your mind that the customer may have caused the bad nail polish results. Annie doesnt apologize. U see her :) when customers arent troublesome. I guarantee u that no one wants to b troublesome but i paid for top of the line pedicure AND manicure. I expect the BEST.
