I made the appointment I went there and there was no one there. I finally got in touch with someone and they said oh, we won't see you on Sunday. They then try to set another appointment and I told them they didn't value my time and I couldn't trust them with anything else. What a disappointment do not trust these guys they don't care about your time and they probably aren't going to care about their product big mistake as I told them when someone makes an appointment that far in advance it's generally a professional that cares about their time as am I and I am also in front of a lot of people so their loss thank God it was a good save for me.

Still looks amazing and I never have to touch my brows or use makeup. I waited 6 months after my original appointment to get a touchup. I just wanted to add that I'm pretty shocked by some of the negative reviews here. I initially went to Alluring Permanent Makeup because a few of my friends had gotten their lips and brows done there and were very happy. My interactions with staff were extremely pleasant - they were reasonable and easy to work with both times I went.
