Couples cbd journey massage 100min. It was amazing so relaxing Natalia was amazing! Best massage I've ever had. Didn't get to utilize the whole spa but next time I will have to try the other amenities (sauna plunge pool whirlpool steam artic room). It was absolutely relaxing and well worth every penny. The bathrooms need to add face moisturizers to bathrooms. Otherwise they had everything. Deodorant spray mouth wash hair spray gel blow dryer brushes combs curling irons.

İ like the place! Big and luxury. There 52 Room for massages! Nice and clean. Nice complemantary. Only coffee and water wasn't hot. The Japanese lady who make my massage was nice and smiling on her face. But the stuff in first enterence they were a bit rude! Inside the second enterence they were also was down in the dumps! You know you came for get relax but they make you uptight in the beginning! By the way I couldn't add more photo because they don't allow to use phone which is ok.

Prosecco to start my spa day

Got a day pass while in Vegas for a quick weekend getaway for much needed rest and relaxation. Started off with a warm greeting by staff who was always helpful and attentive. Kicked off my spa day with some prosecco then proceeded to the Roman baths which were extremely relaxing. After Roman baths I needed a recharge and had a bento box that was delicious. Yogurt with berries and granola with a touch of honey was tasty and fresh. The avocado toast had a great flavor but my favorite part was the bread, thick and crunchy but still soft, just perfect. The dragon fruit and sweet pink pineapple, crunchy grapes really rounded off the bento well and they all complemented my prosecco excellently. After my snack it was face mask and audio book time. The area where you use this mask is a communal area where everyone waits for their services like massages and facials, it was a busy Friday and there was a lot of people and movement but I paid no mind as i was listening to my audio book and taking in the red rays and facial massaging. Next it was time for the aromatherapy steam room, 15 minutes was plenty and once finished I turned on the rain shower within and felt great. The cold room was interesting but felt good and enjoyed the crushed ice that mimicked snow falling from the ceiling , it dropped in one place so there was a little mountain of "snow" which I had to touch and tried to make a snowball out of but failed, I lasted about 5 minutes but was great. Overall wonderful day loved all the amenities, loved that they had snacks and drinks galore all day and they were restocked constantly and love that they had Dyson and shark hair dryers available after the shower so not only was I relaxed after a full day but looked like i had left the salon with a full blowout after the spa. I will definitely be back for extended services!

I've been to all of the nice spas on the strip and in a lot of ways, this is the nicest. But, there is also some room for improvement. When I arrived, I didn't have my ID because I travelled light to the spa. I don't remember seeing anything about needing my ID when I booked. It was kind of an issue, but they "made an exception" and let me in. You can only use the amenities 3 hours before your treatment, but most other spas don't have a time limit. The amenities are very nice and peaceful. The cold room with the snow was particularly unique. They don't let you use electronics because it's clothing optional. It was frustrating that also applied to kindles which don't have cameras as I was planning on reading and couldn't. I'd rather it not be clothing optional then. They have Fiji bottled water and cookies and said you could ask for juices. My massage was also enjoyable.

Could not recommend Qua enough! I made an appointment for a same day massage and they were able to squeeze me in at 5pm. They let me know that the spa closes at 6pm and recommended I come before my massage to utilize the amenities. I came at 3:30 and wish I came even earlier because there really is a lot to do here. There are 3 pools in the Roman bath area (cold plunge, hot tub, warm tub). There's a second hot tub in a different area of the spa. And there's a sauna, steam room and an arctic ice room. I loved the arctic ice room! It's like doing a cold plunge without as much pain. There are also showers, restrooms and a lounge area with drinks and snacks. My masseuse was Holly and she was amazing! Truly one of the best massages I've had in a while. She could tell that my hips were tight just from watching me walk from the lounge to the massage room. We talked during the whole massage. She's an ultra marathoner (so impressive) and we talked about running and how to properly heal your body as a runner. I usually prefer silence and relaxation during a massage but we had a really great conversation for the entire time. The only thing that could be seen as misleading is that the spa automatically applies a 20% service charge to the service. No one explained to me that the 20% covers for the gratuity to the masseuse and the staff. Apparently of the 20%, 17% goes to the masseuse and 3% goes to the rest of the attendants and staff. When you're paying, they show the service charge but also have an area for gratuities. If I hadn't asked, I don't think it was clear to me that the gratuity was included in the service charge. I ended up giving additional gratuity because Holly was so great but just something to be aware of when you come to visit.

It's the slow season in Las Vegas, so it was empty when I arrived, service was splendid. I must say I was disappointed with the fact that they keep changing the stay time, it was only for 3 hrs use to be 4hrs.. I hope they change it back soon. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, waters, snacks. Very relaxing. I will be returning.

The Qua is one of the best spas in Vegas! The heated zero g stone benches are so comfortable. The massages are great and the spa amenities with the sauna and eucalyptus steam room fabulous!

Easy same day reservations online. Booked two hot stone 80 min massages however our Uber dropped us off at the other end of the Forum Shops. Ask Uber to drop you off at the Augusta's Caesar's entrance and it's right there. We didn't get the spa tour so we had to figure out the amenities. There's the Roman baths, spa, saunas and steam rooms. The shower and seating areas are nice and appear clean. This 5 star review is for my massage therapist, Amy. She is Qua's best kept secret and I would have paid double for her services. She really took care in my 80 min hot stone session. From head to toe, she worked my sore muscles and for me, best massage all year. No photos to share, as cell phones are not allowed in the facility. Which is fine because clothes are optional. Also, 20% service fee is added to your spa service. Amy was worth it and more.

Came here because we were staying at Caesars Augustus Tower, and so it was very convenient! Made a reservation for an afternoon massage, which also included access to the 3hr spa. When I got in, I was given a robe, slippers, and a locker. The staff who gave me the robe and slippers, also gave me a quick tour. She was extremely friendly! There was a waiting room for relaxation or for you to be called if you were getting a massage or other services. There was also a beverage and snack bar which included juices, tea, coffee, water, fruits, pretzels, etc. I had a wonderful time in all the different spa rooms. I wish the arctic room was colder and had more "snow". The roman baths were really fun, and I really enjoyed that. It was my favorite! Towards the end of the day, I basically had the whole place to myself! It was so nice! There were nice showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the vanity room, there were hair blow dryers, hair curlers, body lotion, and certain toiletries. What I did NOT enjoy was my massage. It started out good the first 5 minutes. After that, she started talking to me nonstop. I understand the masseuse was trying to be friendly, but she then started pausing and just rubbing me instead of actually massaging me. I couldn't even relax. It was horrible. This really ruined it for me, considering this massage was not cheap.

Ask the Community - Qua Baths And Spa

How do I find a price list for the services?

I went into the booking webpage and found it there.

    Are kids allowed?

No children are not allowed to

Are bathing suits required in the men's wet area? Or is nudity ok?

    Nudity is preferred.

Are all the areas separate for gender or are there co-ed areas as well?

No coed areas there at all as of June 2022. Everything separated by gender.

What parts of the spa are CO-ED? me and my wife are trying to spend time together the last spa we went to actually had separate facials and separate spas which kinda sucked since no one was really in my area and for her she's anti social

The other answerers are correct, there are no co-ed areas within Qua spa. However, if you are open to a different location (and don't mind a higher price difference) I suggest checking out "A Touch of Las Vegas Spa". Not only will you and your wife…

How much is a Day Pass now? For guests and non-guests?

I just looked on the website. 85 for guests. 110 for non guests. 3 hr reservation day pass

Is the spa currently open? We've been trying to call to make an appointment for a week now and no one has picked up. The reservation system online doesn't work either.

It was open as of mid-October, not sure why it would be closed now. I would suggest trying the main number for the resort.

Are all the amenities in the spa available for use? I don't see the point in going if I can't use all of the spa facilities.

Was there October 10th. All Roman Ritual facilities including steam, sauna, Jacuzzis, lounges were all open.

    Is steam and sauna open?

    Yes.

Do they offer Day passes for use of facilities?

Yes. It's a great deal for unlimited access for 12hrs. $25 seems to be the norm, but the last time I went it was $20. Might depend on the day or PlayersCard level.

    Do they serve champagne?

Generally no, I'm Sure upon request or a special Treatment they woulda

How much? Is there a price list for all services? I couldn't find it

On the services page there is a link to a pdf of the costs.

    Do they do couples massage/facials?

Yes. They have a Couples' Rituals section listed on their menu of services.

Which parts are co-ed? My wife and I want to share our time as much as possible. Is the sauna and steam room co-ed? We are staying at Caesars and TR platinum, Do we get a discount? Seems the best deal is to buy Day passes for two?

Not really co-ed. In fact, for the most part it’s clothing optional and a lot of us are at best a robe which comes off when you go into the various facilities. As for massage, I recall being offered the chance to have that part with my wife so they…

If you use the facilities before a scheduled treatment, do they come find you for your appointment?, or are there clocks somewhere so you know it's time for you to go to your appointment?

They come find you. I believe there are a few clocks.

Was gratuity included in the final price or is it expected at the end of the experience? (Trying to gauge how much I'm looking at when I leave the spa.)

I don't believe the gratuity was included..the bill is left by the therapist on the counter in the massage room at the end of treatment. there is space to leave gratuity and then total and sign at the bottom.

However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!

I I was a little worried because most of the reviews kept talking about up selling which most people is pretty annoying. When you're trying to enjoy a massage, but I didn't have that problem. I would definitely return here again The reason why I gave it four stars because it was hot in there to me like I was sweating while getting my massage so I didn't like that at all

I was able to use all the amenities for as long as I wanted, like the sauna, salt cave, and hot tub. Plus, the massage itself was lovely and just what I needed! Lots of free water and tea, plus some light snacks. The locker room for women was also filled with anything you might need like makeup wipes, feminine products, etc. Most importantly, this spa was extremely CLEAN! I was so impressed actually seeing staff cleaning at some points, and the results speak for themselves. Loved it here and would love to go back next time I am in Vegas!
