The wax by these new employees is pulled so slowly that it's extremely painful. When I am scheduled with someone that I have had 'okay' experiences with and if they are not in for whatever reason they don't even call to try to reschedule or even get a heads up my technician won't be there, they just move me to another employee...and then it's been really awful because I have felt those technicians have zero experience on what they are doing. I have tried talking to the front desk manager and I feel like I'm being lied to when I'm trying to figure out who there has the most experience to attempt to have a positive service again. I'm not sure why it's such a revolving door of staff now when previously they had the same people there for years that provided incredible service. I did some digging online and found a very affordable Groupon for the service from Laura Grace's Beauty Bar. I read some positive reviews and decided to move ahead with purchasing the Groupon and setting the appointment. It has been ~4 weeks since I've had it done and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a child I was in an accident and had nearly 30 stitches in my head, going across my right eyebrow, causing it to grow half the length of my uninjured left eyebrow. As silly as it sounds, I have gone through endless amounts of teasing and bullying as a child/teen because of my uneven eyebrows. Therefore, as a teenager and now an adult I have done everything I can to improve the look of my brows with a whole array of makeup products, which never looked very natural or normal.
