My girlfriend gave me a 1 hour session as a gift, so I was excited. My massage therapist was late to the appointment because she was eating. She didn't seemed too "thrilled" to massage me vs my girlfriend as she probably thought it was for her. As the massage began, she showed signs of either being sick with constant clearing of her throat noises and sniffling. I made a comment about it and she stated she has some "food allergies" and had just finished eating. The noises continued and then began yawning a bunch on top of it as if she was tired and/or bored. The music was really low in the room, so I could hear everything. It wasn't a good experience at all and will definitely not recommend this place. She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. She finds the perfect amount of sideburn to wax off, and very kindly mentioned I had just a couple of hairs on my chin she could get. She really listens to her clients and has great attention to detail so that I always walk away looking flawless! She also gets bikini waxes done in fewer passes so my skin does not get irritated. She takes great care to look and make sure not a single hair was left behind. I've never had anyone else tweeze my legs! Her eye for precision means I don't have to worry about those pesky short hairs that waxing can miss. She ensures I leave looking and feeling smooth! The Salon is very nice and has a warm atmosphere, figuratively and literally. The temperature is always comfortable and the tables have warmers on them, which is a great touch! Nevertheless, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. (Please don't raise them because I said that!) So you can get a spa experience for a little less than you would pay at somewhere like European Wax Center. You also get a very nice welcome gift your first time in, which includes a number of coupons to encourage you to try the myriad of services the salon has to offer. I can't wait to try them!

She takes her time but not too long, knows what she is doing, is professional and good at what she does. She is great at recommending treatments based on what I am looking for and helpful in determining what length for hair cuts. She is a joy to talk to and always welcoming. Highly recommend scheduling with Kayley at this location. Salon is clean and has complimentary beverages, lots of parking, and no complaints.
