Weedeater, leaf blower, chain saw and lawn mower, they fix them all. I always see lawn service trucks every time I'm in there so the pros use them too. On average it seems to take 3-5 days to get something repaired as they seem to have a pretty full workload. They have a pretty good selection of new equipment also. I have used other shops in the area before finding and settling on Youngs, I trust and recommend them.

After our contractor was terminated, Holz refused to release remaining cabinetry materials required to complete our kitchen unless the contractor paid his outstanding balance -- despite the fact that we, the homeowners, had already paid for the cabinets. As a result, our kitchen was left half finished and unusable for an extended period of time, causing significant hardship to our family, including a household with a baby under one year old. We offered to pay Holz directly for the materials currently completed and being held for our project, but still refused to release the materials. Homeowners should be aware that Holz's business practices may leave you caught in the middle of contractor payment issues, even when you are willing to resolve matters directly. This situation created unnecessary stress, delays, and disruption in our home. I would strongly caution any homeowner to fully understand how materials are controlled and released before proceeding with this company.

The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. The store is very crowded...when I arrived, there was a rope in the front of the booth, so I asked my question from this side of the rope, and the gentleman looked for the item on the other side....I was there when they opened, so I don't know if that's the way he runs the business or if he would take the rope down..... Besides kitchen gadgets, they have souvenirs, live "money plants", collapsable shopping carts, stove coil elements, cleaning products, etc..... A one stop shop for many.....
