Mary helped us and said it would take 2-3 business days for processing, but that it would likely be back on Thursday. Thursday came and went and we heard nothing. On Friday afternoon, I called and was told the registration was still not back, and that since Monday was a holiday, it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. As you can imagine, I was not happy. Much to my surprise, late Monday afternoon, I received a text stating the registration was ready for pickup. This morning, my brother arranged for a friend to drive him there, which took an hour of his time and theirs. Upon arrival, he was handed the registration but there was no required yellow sticker! When he asked for the sticker, he was informed that their courier didn't get one and it would now be ANOTHER 2 to 3 business days to get the sticker. This is simply unacceptable. We could have gone to any number of other places and had the tag back within two business days. We chose this location because it seemed to be most convenient, but this has been nothing short of a MAJOR inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this business to others.

I sent my application a week ago and followed up via email and on the website the same day the tracking information said received. When I called today, the individual answering the phone had no concern whatsoever and simply said, "your package was sent to state, it will take 2-3 weeks." When I asked if they follow up with customers via email the individual said yes, despite no one obviously following up with me for a full week.

He did not respond until the next day and then would settle for $60.00 to "block" my appointment for Tuesday May 19,2026 at 2:00 PM. I agreed , he sent me e-mail he would accept $60.00 and send me link for $60.00. He never sent the link until the next day and I paid the $60.00. Mike did not show up at 2:00 PM on May 19, 2026 and at 2:20 PM I sent e-mail asking where he was. He finally replied at 2:50 PM that another appointment ( in Miami) went longer than expected and since I am in Boynton Beach and now very aggravated I told him to cancel and refund my $60. I gave him 5 days from 5/20/26 to get my funds back to me advise when that was done. He then sent me e-mail to re-schedule and I responded only if he could show up on time.
