I had to come to this location for fingerprinting for my new job. I was running 15 minutes late but I was still cheerfully taken care of. I actually had to have two appointments. One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience. The owner Fernando is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ; I didn't care about the price of the service but the issue was the way he spoke to me in a very rude way , he practically kicks people out by his attitude; I tried being nice explaining how the Mail Office charged me $10 to send my package and why he was charging me $40 or more like he said rudely . "I HAVE TO PAY RENT " he said in a very unprofessional matter , not knowing that I'm in a court house All day arguing and the last thing I need is someone giving me issues . I came to the store to get my fingerprints taken for work. The owner of the store is just completely rude and unprofessional to both his employees and his customers. When I walk into the store, he was outside on a personal phone call while one of his employees was inside finishing someone else's fingerprints. She proceeded to take my information, but while she was finishing the owner comes in and tells her that she needed to assist the customer that was at the front desk because that made more money and not the fingerprints. Mind you, he told this comment to his employee in Spanish thinking I do not understand Spanish. She explained to him that she was almost done and he abruptly told her again to stop and attend a customer that was at the front. He got the hint that she was going to finish with me anyway and attended the customer himself. When I finish my fingerprints, he then repeated to the employee that she needed to learn what the front desk consisted of because that made money and not the fingerprints so basically pointing out that my presence is not important to him. Little did he know, I speak perfect Spanish. Not only did he disrespect his employee but he disrespected myself as the customer because I could've taken my business elsewhere. I confronted him and told him that his business would never be successful because of the way he treated his employees and customers. Of course, his stick response was that in his country that was not considered unprofessional, more like the truth. My father passed away and lived in Florida. I live in New York. The Mailbox Store In Margate gave us excellent personal service and help in shipping items from my father's condo to New York. One of the items required the making of a special box. This store was the only store that I went to that provided that service. They also shipped my father's car up north. They went above and beyond in helping me during a difficult time. If I lived in Florida, I would use this facility for all my needs. The person who greeted me with a smile and even made a joke when I walked in completely switched after I expressed my frustration about the situation and that a different site was able to assist me before with the same information. I understand he and the lady were doing their job at first but his response was what made the experience unpleasant. He kept talking over me and even after I expressed that I understand where he was coming from and attempted to provide other IDs, he kept talking and then started calling me catching an attitude with him. I waited to reschedule an appointment and was told after standing there a while that I misunderstand what the lady said and that I could not reschedule my appointment with them. That man at the register was very rude even as I was walking out of the store, he kept talking. While I don't completely agree with "the customer's always right," I do believe in good customer service. The only reason I didn't go downtown again was because that place was closer to where I was at the time. read more

I stopped to ship a DHL package to my in laws in Panama and I was impressed with the Service provided by owner himself, who also gave me a 20% discount off the whole shipment. Fernando provided a much appreciated service to me when I needed a good packer on very short notice to ship a lot of items, most of them easily breakable. Fernando came to the residence to look over the items and take some measurements, then returned to his store to develop overall cost estimates for each of the four addresses to which the items were to be shipped (NY, NJ, TN, and CA). Fernando called to give me the four all-inclusive estimates that covered boxes and other packing materials, labor to pack the items, and shipping costs via UPS. The estimates allowed me to know ahead of time how much I would have to spend. Fernando recommended ground shipment as the cheapest of the UPS shipping methods since nobody at the four receiving addresses needed the items right away. I accepted the estimates and hired Fernando. Fernando and his employee packed all of the items very carefully, paying special attention to the breakable items; brought 14 boxes to his store for pickup by UPS; got the boxes shipped out on the schedule he had promised; and sent me an email with all the tracking numbers for the shipments. All of the boxes arrived timely, and of the 14 boxes shipped, 10 have been unpacked so far at three receiving addresses, and everything in those boxes came through with no breakage, no chips, no scratches -- all is well. Went to this store today to have a paper notarized I know this is a service I have to pay for however when I walked in I asked did they have a notary in the store she replied yes I asked how much they charged they said 5.00 I was ok with this then I asked did they take debit card she said to me then with a little attitude no only cash. I told her I thought I might have the cash I proceeded to look in my purse for the cash when I found I did not. I picked up my folder and my purse and started towards the door. She asked me what I wanted notarized I told her never mind I do not have cash with me. She then started to get RUDE saying "What you think we do things for free? We don't do anything for free here." I told her I never asked her to do anything for free that my second question when I walked in was how much does it cost. Her attitude was unnecessary. She continued talking saying nothing is Free I informed her I was going to call her supervisor for poor customer service and unnecessary behavior towards a customer.
