One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience. I informed him that U-HAUL put a note that the dolly was never included, and said I would call them and immediately got on the phone. He waved me off and said, well they can give you a refund and printed a receipt saying he already charged me for it. Literally. Could not wait 5. Seconds. Horrible customer service, mind you, had he READ the screen in front of him he would have known NOT to charge me for it. The lady on the phone refunded me not 2 minutes later after I walked out.
