I've used this UPS store several times over the years for shipping, drop off UPS approved returns. Today, for the first time, I used the notary service and two additional witnesses as well as having them scan the document. Paid over $40 and got home to realize the initials were in the wrong place. While I appreciated having the service and available witnesses I'm not happy about the lack of the notaries attention to the document. I will continue to use their shipping services but will find another place to notarize. read more

I do a lot of shipping and delivery for my personal and also for business. But sometimes when I need to return something, I need to find a place that is simple and quick for me to use. They are always pretty quick when I come in and usually I'm in there for no more than 5 to 10 minutes. They always have multiple workers and they move pretty efficient. Sometimes you'll get stuck behind someone who has a dozen packages in. It will take long, but for the majority of the time there isn't anyone Taking up so much time with their packages. UPS has been my go to for packages as of late and I love how convenient when located it is in a plaza that I shop at. read more

On March 11th, I received notification that my package containing a very exp item had been delivered to this location. I visited this location twice to be told the package was not there. The representative in the store mentioned that the system showed the package as being delivered. I was contacted this morning and informed that I signed for the package. I never signed for anything nor do I have my package. Their cameras should show me waking in twice to check and leaving empty handed, yet someone was allowed to sign for my package. This location obiously has an issue with hiring staff who steal. I would not do business with this location. This location HIRES THIEVES! read more

The service at the store was very fast. I had two packages to return to Amazon and staff were quick to help with the return. Unfortunately, the packages haven't arrived at Amazon and the tracking numbers provided by the UPS store do not show up on tracking. Amazon has not received my return and looks like I'll be out the value of the returned items. I shipped out a package about a week ago and lost my tracking number. I called to see if there was anything I could do alternatively. The gentleman informed me he was the only one working and he was assisting a customer so I happily waited. 5 minutes turned to 10 and by this point I was agitated as I called within the half hour of opening. I got in my car, still on hold, and drove to the store myself. I am now on hold for a total of 20 minutes. I walk into the UPS store to find NO CUSTOMERS. Maybe he forgot or something but there shouldn't be an excuse for a 20 minute call hold. If the store cannot handle to have one person working at a time, they should put two on the shift because the customers suffer due to lack of care. Unfortunately I will have to come here again but I will try to pick a new location to give this location a chance to redeem themselves and get better. The one and true reason this was not a one star review was because the man was apologetic and kind. Otherwise, bad business. read more

I originally arrived in the parking lot at 9:30am. So, theupsstore.com, lists this business as being open at 10am. So I went to the post office USPS in the meantime. Which that didn't open until 10am as well. (Like I was striking out this morning apparently) So when I arrived back to the UPS Store, I arrived to find several others standing outside and when I inquired as to why they hadn't gone inside, I noticed that the cages inside were down and the lights were off. Patrons outside said the sign displayed in the window says it opens at 11:00am, when the website says the place opens at 10:00am. While standing here several people expressed their displeasure and left. It's extremely unprofessional and the website should be fixed to reflect the true store hours. All I can say is please do not go off of what is advertised online because it is false. read more

Extremely helpful and nice I went to this store with about 8 lithos in frames as well as two tubes with several in each. Fortunately, only one had urgency. John, who helped me was terrific. He tried to keep my cost down without putting anything at risk, and I felt like my goods were in good hands. His staff was bubble wrapping and crating everything as I left. No stars but it made me pick one. I had 3 boxes shipped from here to my home in NC. I had at least 10 fragile stickers on each box. They came to my house, crushed. I had packed very carefully. The value is huge since it was my family heirlooms. Broken glass and dishes. Very depressing. It took 3 months for my claim to be processed. I will never use UPS again. Went to UPS Coconut Creek Store (by Publix on 441 and Johnson) to send important pkg - next day delivery. UPS lost my package in transit on 1st day. Took store almost a week to process a claim. Went into store every day or so for 4 weeks asking for my refund for shipping costs. All I get is runaround from staff (Eva) and owner could care less and does nothing. It's 4 weeks now and still no response from owner nor did I get my refund. I'd recommend Fedex just a mile down the road. Don't use this UPS store. read more

I'm writing to inform you that I experienced bad customer service at your store late yesterday afternoon.... (2/26/14) I had a package that needed to be shipped out yesterday for overnight delivery and I've been driving for almost an hour to locate a UPS store, since our regular UPS guy came by our office earlier than expected to pick up my package. Once I arrived to your store, I was NOT greeted nicely by one of your employee, with the light hair, with bulky built!! The first thing that came out of his mouth was do I need a receipt... I didn't hear him at first because I was rushing to find a store that has no UPS pick-up yet! So, I asked him if it was too late. All he could say that do I need a receipt!! I was like, "fine!" - I'll play his game... I answered him back then I asked again! Good customer service is to answer the customer's question and not be "cocky" about it and with manners! He was just absolutely rude!! You had another customer in the store there, when I arrived... He looked at your employee and gasp, thinking "wow!" - did he just give her an attitude?? worst UPS store in the area BY FAR. Rude Staff, slow moving, seemingly annoyed by customers. i have never waited less than 15 minutes to drop off a pre labeled package. today there were 3 staff members, one was helping a customer, the other was bull shitting with someone on the phone and the 3rd was stacking boxes. no one acknowledged me when i walked in. i mimed to the guy on the phone that i just needed to leave the package, his response was " i'm on the phone, dude". the third guy then made eye contact with me and continued to stack his boxes. i drove 20 minutes away to the next closest store which had a full house of customers, i was acknowledged immediately, the lady behind the counter said "if you are dropping off, just leave it here" i was in and out in less than a minute. It's insane to me that UPS allows these people to own their franchise. I won't be back until ownership changes hands.... read more

I've used plenty of these shipping stores over the years, and the service and assistance I got at this location was above & beyond. Visiting from out of town, I needed help shipping several large shipments of glassware from my mother's to my own (domestic) and my brother's (international) home. I went in this local UPS store, and while there was a steady stream of customers, the owner provided me with several options and pricing for packing and shipping, and he and his staff were helpful throughout. I ended up choosing to do partial packaging at home myself, bringing the boxes into the store for his assistance with final packaging as well as the necessary customs and shipping documents for international packages. I know finding such personalized service seems harder and harder all the time, which made me appreciate the help in this great, locally-owned shop even more! read more

In fact, even though the agent was assisting a picky customer that was nickel and dimeing over a stamp, be noticed the items I was carrying and called another agent to assist me with an AT&T return. This is a convenient location if you need to use the UPS store for any reason. It is small and not as big as some of the other locations. I think the owner has owned this location for a while because I see the same people in there consistently. Pricing seems to be a bit high but I guess that's the going rates at a UPS store. read more
