While he didn't find a solution at that time, Royal Flush arranged for an entire team and a heated, mobile porta-potty to be delivered first thing the next morning. The Royal Flush team worked all day - super nice and collaborated with the city public works team to find a solution. Chris, as the sales person, was generally quite accessible throughout the process. He had allocated two days for the installation. I noticed after the second day that the job was not fully complete, as expected in the two days (I had carpet cleaners scheduled two days later and wanted to make sure they were done). They came back for part of a third day to complete it. The installation techs were very friendly and explained things to me. It went a bit over the time expected but the job was completed well.
