I just went through the wash and I usually do the whole vacuum and towel dry thing, but didn't feel like it today. About an hour later as I was putting groceries into the back, I noticed a piece of the rear wiper was missing. It's just the cosmetic plastic cap that goes over the "elbow". Not important but it was just kind of a "ugh. Of course" kind of thing. I was just going to come home and chalk it up to having an older car, Yada Yada Yada.... But. I decided, what the hell - just go back and ask about it. So I did. I said it was no big deal and admitted that it was a long shot, but asked if they ever find that kind of stuff. The young attendant (I wish I had his name) was super nice and said he'd check. He came out of the tunnel like a minute later with a huge grin saying that he thought he had found it. And he did!!! I was really happy. But the kid was so proud of himself and the other attendants were so pumped up! They all high fived me and each other. It was so silly, but made me so happy. I don't ever expect anyone to care much anymore. This restores a bit of my faith in humanity. Thanks!

I've essentially paid double the amount of just going. Had multiple issues with their scanner snot reading my membership sticker, that was annoying enough. Then went today and it's closed for maintenance. They're only open for 12 hours a day; why not do maintenance during the other 12? Honestly the membership is a huge ripoff.
