The wait is reasonable and the drive through set-up well organized. I've always experienced friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service at this location. I came in with my Jeep because the battery needed a jump start and it was time for an oil change. They sold me a new battery and oil change and was charged $323. The next day my car wouldn't start and the lights wouldn't turn on. I opened my hood and discovered that they had sold me a used battery and unsafely left the cables loose (see video). I found out (from a different mechanic) that my car had not been in need of a battery at all I needed a totally different part. I feel that Jiffy Lube took advantage of me and put in a used battery in my car thinking I would not notice. I am worried that other customers will be receive poor service and left in a dangerous situation. read more

Today I went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. After a few minutes the service tech came into the waiting room and showed me an air filter with what looked like a rat's nest on it, rat feces, and holes in it. He asked if I wanted to replace it for $60.00. I said no. After leaving I went to the auto parts store and bought a replacement for $27.00. When I went to install it, I found that the one he showed me in the waiting room was not even close to the one I just bought. I've always gotten my oil changed here. It's shocking how fast they're able to do it! You blink and it's done. I've gotten some tune-ups here as well and was equally impressed. My mazda3 is at 170k miles and I've never had one issue. Oftentimes you can find coupons online, so I suggest googling some before you come. Also, the workers are cool - they don't bs you or act condescending at all. I can always trust them to take care of my car! read more

Came in for an oil change the other day, which was done and over with inside of 20 minutes, and was pleasantly surprised by their encounter with another customer. An older woman had gotten here before me and was asking for an oil change. We both arrived before opening, so there's no saying how long she waited outside for them to let her in. Upon arrival they looked at her car and read the sticker in the upper left of the windshield and learned that she was still a good 4000 miles away from her next due oil change. Rather than hustle this older lady for her money they assured her she was still current and sent her on her way. They also topped off her fluids and cleaned her windows. The whole encounter free of charge for her. It was so refreshing to see a mechanic not take advantage of someone for once. Especially an older lady. Told them I appreciated their generosity for her. Will be coming back for all my oil change needs. read more

I went to there shop in January, was not busy at all. I had oil change which they never did also had my coolant recharged and they put no antifreeze in it. I do not recommend this shop to do any work. read more

Customer service at its finest!!! Today I had a rather unusual problem....a kitten got into the undercarriage of my car and I couldn't get it out. I first stopped at another business but they said they were too busy to help. The staff at Jiffy Lube were more than willing to help make sure the kitten was no longer somewhere in my engine. I appreciate the staff helping me, even though what I needed wasn't a service for my vehicle. They didn't have to help, but they did! When I need service for my car, I'm heading to Jiffy Lube! Last time I got an oil change at this Jiffy Lube I got oil all over my driveway because the oil draining from the oil pan got on top of the skid plate and wasn't cleaned off while draining my oil. When I parked in my driveway which is on a slight grade, all the oil atop the skid plate spilled onto my driveway. Last week I again got my oil changed. This time I told the attendant what happened previously and asked that they be sure to wipe off any oil that should happened to drip on the skid plate. The guy in the pit doing the oil change heard my conversion as he responded to a couple of questions the attendant had asked me. When I got home and parked my truck and an hour later I had a 18"x11' puddle of oil on my driveway. They did the oil change, but did not clean the oil off the top of the skid plate.... Again. I am beyond ticked. Avoid this Jiffy Lube at all costs. Very poor service. read more

Went in for an oil change and to have the front and rear differentials, and transfer case serviced on my truck. During the service, Tony found that the plug on my rear diff was rounded off and offered to bring in his tools the next day to fix it. I brought it back in the next day, and when I checked out he told me that they had tried many different ways to remove the plug with no luck, damaging multiple tools in the process. In the end, he let me know that they were able to complete the service by drilling a hole in the existing plug and threading a new one into it. A+. Thanks Tony! read more

They have a new machine that sucks the oil out of dipstick....well my 2016 Chevy Colorado has a check valve and won't let this work... only got out 1 quart....so we had them remove drain plug and oil filter.....out came the other 5 quarts of oil....at first they were like you might want to take your truck to dealer it only had 1 quart of oil....after we told them we were not leaving till they removed drain plug and checked the filter did they apologize and say it was a new system that they had had for only a few days and were still working out on how to use it....good thing we insisted on removing drain plug or we would of had 11 quarts in engine..... read more

After a fiasco at Walmart I decided to try Jiffy Lube. Customer service was very friendly. I did wonder how we why so many employees were scheduled to work at the same time when there was only one bay open to servicing vehicles. After asking other people what they pay along with knowing the cost of oil and having previous purchased therefore supplied my own oil filter (courtesy of my miserable Walmart automotive experience) i was shocked when my bill came to $132. Two days after my Visit I noticed my car driving funny; remembering they checked and announced my tire pressure at 35 psi. My car tires should be kept at 38psi (it states this on the inside of my gas cover). Why was I charged so much when others pay half for the same service? And why weren't they knowledgeable of my cars tire pressure. Side note: if you google the year make and model of my car and what the tire pressure should be it automatically comes up with 38psi. Why couldn't they do that? Not sure I'll be returning. Perhaps it's time I learn how to change my own oil. read more

Had to return two times to get the proper plug put in. Our driveway is a mess. On the second return, we had to wait two hours as one of the lanes is closed. 15 mins highly doubtful, I waited over an hour before my truck was in the bay, they inspected for nothing needed my vehicle is literally 5 months old which was another time wasted. When I observed the mechanics u had a few just pacing around the shop doing nothing, one was outside smoking in the none smoking area the place was not convenient in any way for "15mins" , next time I roll to an autozone buy the tools parts required for a 1/4 price and time. My only pleasant moments was the lady the helped with my check and check out but mainly the check out cause I was waiting for an hour!!! read more

I went in at around 430pm for an oil change and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I was greeted as soon as I drove up and Jake started working on my car right away! My "check engine oil" light came on & I realized the hood of my A4 Audi was jammed. (The latch on the inside of the drivers side wasn't working). I brought my car into Jiffy Lube & was told 30 min for a wait. Not bad at all & I had no problem with that. During my wait, I saw the other mechanics looking at my car but not really doing anything. I understand having to take a look at everything before putting your hands on it but it just seemed like nothing was seriously being done. After 30 minutes, I saw them drive my car out of the garage & brought me out of the waiting area to talk to me. I didn't catch the name of gentleman that spoke to me but he told me my car was "FUBR". I didn't know what this meant so I asked. He told me "Fucked up beyond repair. You'll have to take it to a dealership. They'll tear up the front half & it'll cost a lot of money." I understand being told what is wrong with a vehicle but telling me my car was FUBR is extremely unprofessional. They told me there was absolutely nothing that could be done with it except what he told me (to get the front half taken apart). I took my car to Silverdale AutoWorks & they managed to open it from underneath the car within 10 min. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube ever again. This may have been a 'one-time' incident but first impressions mean a lot & this was one terrible. read more

We went there for an oil change brought our own oil and filter ...they said they could do it...they asked if we wanted to replace the air filter we said sure how much will that be and they said 24.99$ we said go ahead...husband got out talk to the guy he said it would be like 60$ dont remember exact amount...when all was said and done we were charged almost 100$.. when we ask why is it so much they said the quote they gave us didnt include the air filter..we said but we brought our own stuff . They said it didnt matter it's a fixed price...would of been nice to tell us this up front.if I would of known that I would of taken it to the place over by Walmart in Bremerton as they only charged us 20$ when I had it done there last time....the only reason they got even one star is the guys who worked on our car were awesome.. very friendly ... read more

I had used this Jiffy Lube before leaving my car with them while I walked over to Costco. Thought would do the same today. Pulled up, two cars in the bay and two waiting. Nice guy tells me it would be about an hour. OK I thought, can get some lunch too. THEN I wait for almost 30 minutes before they can "check me in". I stood there. Read email on my phone. And stood there - for 25 minutes until I got back in my car and drove away. And I'm not exaggerating about the time - I looked at the clock on my phone, repeatedly. The 'manager' was apparently the only one who could do a check in. Three cars were ahead of me. She'd run around for 10 minutes, then call out the make of a car to check in the driver. Then run around again for another 10 minutes. It was ridiculous, Just check in each car waiting and be done with it!! Seriously - it takes 30 minutes to check in 3 cars? I will grant she was polite in a "kill them with kindness" patronizing manner but this place is obviously disorganized. Won't be going back. read more

I went in for a regular oil change for my 2013 Ford Escape which is nothing special. They tried to charge me $116 for an oil change. Absolutely unreal!! Went to meineke after and they charged me $25 and did an all around inspection and let me know everything along the way. DO NOT go to jiffy lube. They are a rip off! Save money and go to meineke! read more
