THEY ARE A RIP OFF !! Check you receipt closely before you leave the machine you pay at. I selected a 1 time pay at $12.99 and didn't think I had to check my receipt. When it hit the bank, they charged me $28.69 for the monthly service and autopay !!! Then, I went on Friday July 3rd, the receipt says Saturday July 6th. I do not use car washes much so do not have very high expectations. I guess the one requirement is that the vacuums have a high volume suction, otherwise I just wanna clean my car and be left alone. Both requirements were met! It cost about $2.50 for 5 minutes of vacuum so I spent $5.00. Reasonable to me. And only $8.00 for the drive through car wash itself. Cheapest option, since I could do it at home (but know I won't) do not like to pay much. Gotta save where I can since I spend, spend, spend on my coffee habbit! read more

The car wash itself was actually okay. Dirty car went in, came out cleaner. Obviously not the same as a good hand wash and there's a greater likelihood of damage. The biggest negative was the dishonest method that they get (nearly scam) you to sign up for an ongoing monthly billing. The "Berry Clean" single wash is $10, or $25 for a month of unlimited washes. I used my CC and paid for a month, to find out later, that once the have your CC info they charge it monthly. This was found out after the wash, after you enter your info on a tablet they provide. When I complained, I was told I could wait while they cancelled the transaction and re-charged me for the single wash I had done, or to call in to the main office to cancel it after a month. VERY shady method to get people's CC info! read more

We are club members and have stopped at many Brown Bear Car Wash but this one has been one that has stood out from the rest. It was very clean, a bit tight but manageable. The workers (3 young men) were very well groomed, clean, tucked in shirts and very friendly. They presented themselves well. I've seen some workers look extremely sloppy at other locations so when I pulled up to this location it was the first thing that caught my eye. My truck was left clean and shiny. I come here almost once every two week to get my car clean. It's not cheap but I normally get the 10 packs online which is way cheaper and if you buy in a bundle you'll save even more. Barry Best is the only wash I use and it's decent for the soap that they use. Not the best I'll tell you that lol, but decent for average commuter. Be prepared to wait in line during peak hours, and good luck finding parking after the dry process because it's always pack with people cleaning the interior or just adding detail to the clear coat of their vehicles. One more thing I wanna note is that it's great for a lowered car and there is no rails on the ground for you to scrape your rim while driving in. read more

I used to go to AMPM and was always left with water stains and a half-washed car, but then I found this place and it's like I'm vehicularly spoiled -- I know that's not a word, but you get my point. read more

Horrible service, I take my fleet of commercial vehicles through here 2-3 times a week and one time I went through and got a premium wash at 630-640pm right before closing when my truck dried it had soap scum all over it so bad that I could hardly see through my windshield. When I returned the next day to have them run me back through to try and get rid of the scum they told me no that because it want the same day they couldn't run it back through. I explained the situation and got nothing but aditude from Skylar they didn't let me go back through and now I can't get the scum off my windows so I will have to have my truck detailed. We had our cars cleaned in this location and it was a bad service. First the person that pre cleans the car was very rude and very unhappy. Slaps the little stick wiper to put soap cleaner in the windshield and like the side windows. He put a really big crack on my passenger seats window. And then the machine stopped working right when we enter the entrance. And it took 15-20 mins to start running again. I wasnt sure what happened but we were stucked there until it turned back on. We were trying to catch the rush hr traffic and we ended up being stucked in the traffic because of what happened to this carwadh machine. Will never go here again. I'd rather go to kent close to my house since they are always up and running. I've never experience such delay from brown bear car wash. read more

Pretty darn good car wash as far as car washes go. I've taken my vehicles through quite a few times already and it cleans the cars very well and the prices are very reasonable. You can also pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes which is something I have not looked into yet. You barely interact with humans because it is mostly electronic which is a drawback for me because I like people. Prime Shine car wash in California does this well in a similar concept. Only knock to take it to four stars is that the vacuum area and stalls are inadequate and are not free so I never use them. I'm not going to pay for timed auction in my car. Make it free for paying customers. The other thing is that bear on the way out. That thing is creepy as it waves and winks at you. read more

This location has several different lights in the wash that changes colors, so if that bothers you I would recommend not going here, personally I dont mind, and I love the smell of their soap they use! Horrible. Bought into their monthly car wash subscription and they broke our rear wiper. We were assured it was no problem to go buy a new one and bring them the receipt at which point they'd reimburse us. Months went by and we didn't hear back from them. When we left a negative review on google they responded that they had been trying to get ahold of us but couldn't because of a full voicemail box but if we got back to them they'd handle it. Well, we got back to them and we never heard back - probably because we cancelled our subscription and they decided they didn't need to take care of us anymore. Such great service! We just moved to the area and after our car was on a car carrier for 4 days being towed by us in a truck it was covered in dirt, mud, and tons of bugs. The guy noticed when we went through the first time so he let us know that if we needed to go through a second time to do so and it would be free. We did need to go through a second time and right before he even grabbed a brush and scrubbed our front end a bit. He also suggested a bug cleaner and let us know we could find it at Walmart to really get the car clean. The car now looks nice and clean! read more

I've been taking my cars to this location since it first opened. I have the monthly plan for them. I recently purchased a new vehicle. The dealership gave me a few coupons to use so I used that today. I went through like I normally do, put it into neutral once the car got onto the mover but the car continued and jumped forward. I slammed on my brakes. Skylar then yells at me and says he was trying to get me to push on my brakes. I've gone through this wash hundreds of times and never had the car leap forward like that. Instead of offering an apology or a reason why it did it, he again told me that he was telling me to push on the brake. I'm furious! This wasn't my first time but it will be my last. I'm canceling my memberships. Does he honestly think I'm going to do something to damage my brand new car?! He then proceeded to stare me down as I'm telling him that I did nothing wrong. What a rude, snotty, unprofessional kid. The other guys working there have always been nice but this skylar is not worth wasting my money. I went here about two weeks ago and got the standard $11 car wash on my brand new car. I came out with water marks COVERING the front of my Subaru. I took my car back and pointed out the marks and they said it couldn't possibly be the car wash that did it...they made me feel dumb and didn't offer any way to fix it.
