The…read morepayment kiosk would not accept the voucher, so being there, I decided "heck, just pay them with the credit card" Payment accepted, receipt printed, the wash never lit the Green "Enter Wash" light. No attendant anywhere to be seen, and calling the phone number on the kiosk connected me to the corporate office - which is closed. No help, no wash, no way will I return. Sasquatch is just down the street, and for 11 bucks there, I get a human being, more human beings who pressure wash the bugs off the front, and a clean car.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

Undercarriage spray wasn't working and the front bumper of my vehicle missed. Pointed this out to the crappy "manager" Leo, who couldn't even communicate properly. Even walked with him and observed others vehicles going through and the car wash not performing the advertised undercarriage spray. Leo continued state that car wash "work good...no broken." Suffice to say I will avoid this crappy place like the plague and so should you.
