Company continued to mow lawn too short and through an extended period of dry weather until lawn was brown and non-existent. I contacted the owner who said my son should have watered it. I had previously gotten a quote on fall services - one being aeration and over-seeding to thicken the lawn - Eddie gave me another quote at $200 more to fix the lawn. I offered to pay what was first quoted to help repair lawn and was told he would get back to me....needless to say I'm still waiting. The owner will not return calls, texts or emails. read more

FAKE REVIEWS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE. Eddie the boss steals your money. I should report him. We got charged 2 separate times for $250 and $280 all within a day for services we did NOT request. He told us we opted into an auto program when we gave him our card without actually telling us of such a thing when we paid for our first ever service. My husband called and told him to remove us from everything moving forward and that we won't be working with them anymore. HE AGREED. Then, 2 months later, I'm home and see these people at our house randomly starting to do all sorts of random services WTF?? I walk out of the house and tell them to stop immediately and ask why they're here when we aren't customers anymore. I demand them to call Eddie their boss and I lecture this guy on being a crooked dishonest business man. If we get charged another whopping random $280 bill for services we do NOT need, we are reporting this guy to the police. read more

Clearly the worst service experience of any kind!! After I accepted service contract, I could not get a return phone call or text when the services I paid for were not rendered. I was finally able to talk to the owner ONLY after I got his lawn service guys that were mowing my lawn to call him on their phone because he would not return phone calls or text messages. After explaining that I was not getting what was agreed upon, he promised to come out, assess and make sure issues were addressed. After 3 weeks, no response. Now after 3 months, Spring Clean-up and mulching was not done per agreement, lawn and bed maintenance has not been done per agreement and no return phone calls or text messages... today, I'm cancelling services and would never recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, a good friend recommended them and it's the only reason I have tried to work with them this long. By the way, even as I try to cancel services, I can't get a return phone call or text. Highly recommend! Quick response, showed up on time for estimate & job, reasonably priced and friendly. Dog friendly! They tackled a high grass area impressively. They went above in beyond after hearing I was going to rake up the grass and compost it, and in the last pass they piled it in a row making it easier for us. *They also do grass removal, tilling and sounds like a bunch more lawn stuff so check if you need anything* read more
