We had just got our backyard tree removed today, I called them Wednesday and the guy checked it Thursday and then they removed it Saturday, that was very quick service I am so happy and satisfied of their work, they cut it very clean and they also grab those extra branches under our deck, I will looking forward to work with them in the future. I am having the exact same experience that John reported. I hired them to remove trees and grind a stump and paid for the service on May 18, 2026. I was told by Kenny that they would return to grind the stump. I have sent countless texts, emails and left messages for Gerry without response. Kenny did respond several times saying he had not forgotten about me and would be there but never showed. I had to hire another company to grind the stump that I paid Gloriosso to do and emailed Gerry for a refund for the stump grinding, still no response. read more

I hired Glorioso Tree two separate times for tree removal and stump grinding. The first time in July 2022 they had great communication and execution. The second time in April 2024, Kenny quoted us for tree removal and stump grinding. They worked with us on scheduling around rain and had great communication for tree removal part of the job. But the day before tree removal Kenny said their stump grinder was broken and they couldn't do stump grinding. After removing the tree, he asked if I was comfortable paying for the tree removal part of the job they completed, which I agreed. Kenny said they would follow-up with stump grinding "tomorrow," but it was no-call/no-show. Then it was "next week," then again it was "we're busy with storm damage, first thing next week." I was pushed off for "next week" until after many weeks Kenny no longer responded via text. Glorioso Tree Service completed the work I paid them for, but I was led on for weeks on stump grinding that never happened. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. read more

We had a large cottonwood and a large willow that had fallen. They also cut down a diseased ash and another cottonwood. Finally we had 4 river birches that needed serious trimming. Here's the facts. I don't know why it has to come to this..? We called them for work. It took awhile for them to get back to us, but they did and Vincent came out and gave us a quote. We said yes. He told us maybe this weekend if the guys want to work, or the end of next week. That week came and passed. I called the next week, Office said they would reach out to Vincent. They then called back on Friday saying they would come by right now. A crew showed up, and was outside for quite some time. One of them said they weren't sure what Vincent had told me but they would have to come out another time. He said Vincent would call me the following week. I didn't get any call, so I called Vincent. He said Oh.. Thursday, we will come Thursday. That came and past. I called again on the next day (Friday) and spoke to a male in the office and told him the situation (had been over 15 days at this point). He said he would reach out to Vincent. No reply. Monday, I called the office and left a message. And later I called Vincent's cell phone and left a message. It is now Wednesday of the same week and zero return phone calls. I can only speculate why they aren't returning my calls. But I don't know why they just don't tell me what happened (My guess, they under bid). But after being told twice they were coming and they didn't, that is a lie. And not calling a potential customer back is just horrible business practice. Vincent went on and on about the history of the business and this job would be "no problem". I don't know why they feel the need to lie and be deceptive? Just come and do the job. Very odd.. Just take note if you deal with them. I WANTED them to come, I WANTED to pay them for the work... They just didn't want to return calls or come back??? read more

So I've been waiting for Geri Glorioso to call me for a few days now. It seems her company removed a tree, trimmed branches and did additional work on our property WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. It seems they dealt with our renters to get this work done and have not taken any responsibility pertaining to the situation. Of course we'll be dealing with our renters concerning this, but as a business that does services on residential properties don't they have a certain due diligence as a company? We had multiple companies out to take down 2 ash trees at our house. Glorioso came out and bid a very competitive bid. Insurance was very important to us and we got the speech about their office would send it over. They were the only company that insisted to take down our power line which was very close to our house. Insurance was sent and we went with them. The week before Memorial Day they came to do the work on the 2 trees on the bid sheet. The power was taken down and the work began. All was good with the tree until they dropped the tree on my neighbors fence. They spoke to the neighbors and were told they would contact Geier fence for the repairs. 2 1/2 months later their fence is not fixed and we contacted the fence company and they said they have never heard from their company. Also after the first tree was done the crew was packing up and we brought the bid out for the 2 trees. The crew was only told 1 tree but after the crew leader spoke to the owner after looking at the bid sheet, the second tree got taken down as it was listed as 2 trees. The owner said he miss bid it but would honor it as he was wrong. We have other work to be done but after this experience we will not be using this company. read more

On November 7th we had Tom Bailey and his crew out to remove a couple of limbs from a tree at the rear of my property that was damaged by a storm. On the day he was out to do the job and prior to the work being completed, he approached my wife for payment and asked that she sign the work order showing the work had been completed. Mr. Bailey indicated he needed to leave for another job but his crew would stay and finish. My wife signed and paid but the job never was completed. Shortly after Mr. Bailey left, so did his crew, leaving a large limb on the ground at my rear fence. I have spoken with Mr. Bailey probably five or six times since about finishing the job. When I first called (the day after the crew was there) he seemed surprised that the job was not done and committed to coming back to finish the work. Based on this commitment, I did not stop payment on my $225 check, which I should have done. I have spoken with Mr. Bailey on a number of occasions since, asking when he will be back out to cut up and haul off the limb. I get responses from, the next time we're in the area to our truck is out of commission to the weather has been too bad. That excuse I understand, but not the others. I'll now need to hire another company to come finish the job. I am truly disappointed in the quality of their work and the company's lack of interest in wanting to finish the job. I cannot recommend this company and you should use another company that I'm sure will do a complete job and be more customer friendly. A.B. read more

Glorioso Tree Service is a FANTASTIC company. Their work and customer service is outstanding. They recently took down three big trees from my yard. They also trimmed dead branches or branches that were too low off additional trees. From my very first call to them they were polite and professional. They were quite professional when they came out and their pricing was outstanding. HOWEVER, they never completed the job. We had to follow up 5 times in 1.5 weeks and they would agree to come out and they never did and never called to tell us they would not be coming.
