You bring your own food and beverages (wine) and they supply the paints, pottery, and glazing/firing. You start by picking from a wide variety of pottery fron their shelves (bowls, trinkets, mugs, small statues, etcl). The price is labelled on each item and you add an amount for the glazing/firing to that. Then you pick from a pleothera of paints and get to painting! They have a "party barn" for private parties and we enjoyed chatting, painting, and noshing the night away. Within a couple of days, you can pick up your finished products!

I looked up and smiled and received nothing back. My sister tried to ask a question of "how long would it take to paint a medium piece" and before she could finish her sentence the worker rudely interrupted her TWICE "you'll get the pottery back in two weeks" - which, my sister just forgot her question anyway. We left with disappointment with how we were treated although we were so excited to paint.

I picked the sun and the moon add ons to go along with my morning and night feel! Sun for coffee and a moon for wine ;) There isn't a studio fee! So the price on your item is all you pay. After a few days you can pick up your beautiful item!! I can't wait to pick up line! I will post that picture later!! Lindsey was a doll and set everything up for us. On top of all that, I forgot my plates, cups, wine opener, napkin... Pretty much everything at home! And she dug around to find all of that for us. She really went out of her way to assist us and explain the best way to paint our items. After four hours of painting and laughter, we left! I seriously can not WAIT to go back!!!!! It was a nice social activity that also allowed moments of quiet to focus on your piece. I find this dynamic kind of nice because I'm not one to talk endlessly even when I'm with my friends. They have tons of pieces to choose from, ranging in price and size, so you can make this activity as much as you want to get out of it. There's no studio fee, so glazes and kiln services are included with your price. They have just about all the colors of glaze, which have a display on the wall by the glaze bottles. The staff are all very friendly, Brooke and Fernando were especially attentive to us throughout the evening. They made sure to help keep our workspace tidy and helped with some glazing and artistic touches. Importantly, we never felt rushed with the process, which helped us feel like we could make something we're proud of. They also have some glass fusing stuff as well, so you can make some kinds of mosaic glass lamp shades (or at least that's what was shown throughout the space). I'm curious how that's priced, because that would be another cool outing! Pottery pieces take about a week to be fired in the kiln, so I don't have my masterpiece back yet. I'm very excited to receive it! They also provide shipping, so if you're a little further away, you can still get your piece. I'm sure I'll be back again before too long!

When you come in it will probably take you some time to first pick an item to paint. They have a variety of options to choose from with various price points. The price includes all the materials and supplies as well as the glazing process and the excellent service you receive. They do a great job with labeling paints, having different size brushes, switching out jars of water, and checking on you throughout the process. I will say that since it's best to paint 3 hours it takes a lot longer than you would think. So come with the mindset of getting lost in the therapeutic process of painting. We took 4 hours to paint our items. We will have to come back to pick up our items. They have a sign and provide clear communication on when to expect our items back. We had such a blast. I noted they have a party room that can be reserved so this would be a fun way to celebrate a special occasion! Will definitely be back to paint some more.

It ranges from $5 to $50 and many are around $20 or $30. It was interesting to see all the options! I would have liked a few $10 options but we settled on two things each as a celebration. You pay and then they set up yup with a table and brushes. They have paint labeled with colors as well and a multitude of stencils and stamps plus other gadgets that you can use for your creation. They mentioned several times that you need to paint everything three coats in order to have a vibrant color. I will say that takes much more time than one would think so definitely give yourself time to paint several layers without rushing. My only other thought was next time I would pick a bigger object for our small ones to do as opposed to the tiny hand. Painting was very frustrating for them. We were able to help, but next time e Id pick only big easily painted objects. It was a fun airy spot with lots of tables and creativity abounded! Once you are done they fire your objects and you come back later to pick them up. I would definitely go back and try something else with friends or for a date night even.
