Big confusion later in what I paid for and they leave one voicemail while im in the hospital and refund the appt. Go up to talk to them about it and they said since refunded, there's now no fitting. Willing to pay the fee but they wanted me to go through the while process again from start with exam. Ladies in lenses have the most "eff you, I dont care" attitude. Save your time and money and just go to someone cheaper that doesn't spend all your money on expensive RGB keyboards and lights that do nothing for the patients. Frames are also marked up about 40% higher than competitors. Get your prescription and get them elsewhere!

I have been to eye doctors across the entire US, and this is one of the most advanced non-surgical facilities I've ever stepped foot in. As for the a comment claiming this doctor lies or misleads people to get more money out of them, hogwash. If they wanted to scam anybody, they could've done exactly what every other doctor has been doing to my son for years. It turns out my son isn't supposed to be wearing glasses at all due to his specific combination of eye conditions. This doctor could've easily let us continue paying for glasses and contacts that were never necessary, like every other doctor has. They chose honesty instead.

i had went as a new patient for yearly prescription check in and they were the most unprofessional…read morepeople from the moment i stepped into the office. i come in and check in, then waited 45 mins after my initial appointment for them to tell me i had paper work to fill out, took up so much time. mind you, there was nobody else in this office. i finally go in after an hour and a half of waiting. they had changed my prescription drastically, which i understand that they want the weakest, they made that clear, and still see 20/20. i've been wearing contacts for 6 years, and i know my eyes. these people made me feel stupid for telling them differently, as they might have the instruments but i'm the one wearing the contacts. it made no sense to me as they had me come in and try the contacts out for a week when you know and immediately can tell the difference? i told them that the initial appointment. i had to go back in after my contact follow up to tell them i want my prescription that I FEEL comfortable with. my prescription still isn't perfect but i couldn't waste my breath on these people. why be an optometrist or doctor or anything in that type of profession, and NOT LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. that is what lost all respect for them. it was like pulling teeth, also mentioned i needed to get glasses the same day and when i got to the place i had to get glasses from, they had to call the optometrist office to fax over my glasses prescription which is the same as my contacts. a waste of time for me and they have lost 3 patients now from my family. unprofessional, unfriendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. no wonder why their office is so empty.
