They make you start payments weeks before they even begin. Tell you the install is generally 1 day. I have a small kitchen and somehow CORPORATE still can't get their shit right. The install started in October and now March and still not done. I waited 2 months for someone to return my calls. Then tried telling me the install had already been done. I still have no hardware on my cabinets because it was never given to the installer and no marks were made regarding it. So now I need to take time out of my schedule AGAIN for the 4th or 5th time for another install date. Not to mention these cabinets are not quality. You can see runs in the stain that was used, dents, mismatching pieces, and more. But that's "normal". Apparently spending $10,000 is the best that gets you. Even as I waited in the Torrington office a woman came in complaining her cabinets that were installed were all faded. And now again I get to watch everyone play the blame game and give me another b.s. excuse. Maybe that bald headed a**hole should stop standing on doors and start taking care of customers. People this is a fair warning. I wanted to save money and not use Lowes or Home Depot. I regret it.

Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!
