The treatment plan she formulated for me was conservative, fair, and reasonable, and there was not one attempt to try to upsell me. She taught me so much about my teeth and oral hygiene care in that initial visit. And like any good educator, she was transparent about the work she was doing and what she plans to do with my teeth. I found her to be so motivating and encouraging. As someone who has never been a consistently good dental patient, I really appreciated her approach. I even brought a book with me thinking there would be long lulls in between each service done, but I didn't even get a chance to open it once! Then they made me another appointment where the dentist is going to sit down with me and work out a plan of action to get everything done that needs attention from immediate to what can wait until my insurance renewal next year to help me save money out of my pocket.
