I'm a somewhat newer resident of Beaumont and a few years ago was seeing a dentist on Beaumont Ave. that dentist was blunt and somewhat rude, told me my teeth were what they were due to crappy insurance and after a year stated they were no longer taking said insurance. I went without dental care for 2 years. Changed my insurance plan and started looking for a new dentist. Jessica Sabo is the most unprofessional business woman. Do NOT waste your time coming here. On paper her credentials look great, but the practice that she runs is completely unlawful and unethical! She pays her employees in pocket change, and can't even verify with LEGAL check stubs. Did I mention she let someone go via text message so she could save a few bucks, and didn't have to fess up to the employee that she lied about the agreement they had on pay, vacation time, etc? I was made to wait about 25-30 minutes every time I had an appointment, yet there was no accommodation when I Called over 30 minutes prior to an appt, to notify that I might be late due to traffic, they cancelled on me anyway. Dr. Sabo required a VIRTUAL follow up appt after some tests and then on the day of, I sat online, 10 minutes early, because she will cancel on you if your a bit late, and for another 20 minutes after my virtual appt started ... I had to call the office and was informed that Dr. Sabo had forgotten about the appt. Dr Sabo demands accommodation for their tardiness but does not give it. The secretary and Dr. Sabo were very patronizing. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Sabo's for over 10 years now, I can't believe I somehow hadn't done a Yelp review yet! I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Sabo and her staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but I honestly look forward to my appointments now. They are very gentle, up to date on technology, and the environment is very clean and relaxing. I also appreciate that the doctor and all hygienists take the time to explain each procedure, and remember your specific quirks (I have gnarly TMJ, something Dr. Sabo happens to be very knowledgeable on... So if it's your thing too, she can help!). Other pros: they have early morning appts, a cool teeth whitening program, and the cleanings are extra painless! I normally don't like giving bad reviews but I'm so disappointed and mad that this office! I've had a chipped filling since July and up to now They have cancelled my appointment twice! I love Dr Sabo but her reception girl Debbie is the worst.. People have request time off from to make these appointments and she cancels appointment with no regard and is unable get you in until 1 month later. We were visiting family from out of town and our 1 1/2 old son was having teeth and gum issues that was very concerning to us. I went in for a cleaning, and received a root canal. Half way through the root canal, she says "well, that's interesting... I guess there was nothing there." Thanks for my first root canal, brought about by your misinterpretation of my x-ray. I still have the temporary crown on, because I refuse to return to the office. I have zero faith in Jessica Sabo's abilities, and don't trust dentists at all because of this experience. read more

We have been seeing Dr Sabo for a few years now, and she is the only dentist we have ever felt comfortable with. She has a beautiful personality, great knowledge, a gentle hand, and is so honest and caring. Unlike other dentists we have been to in the past, she truly cares about her patients, and does;t see or treat us as cash cows. She has only ever diagnosed and recommended only treatments that were really needed, and we trust her professional opinion all the time. Her office staff is also beyond friendly, starting with Andrea, who always sets up our appointments and answers our questions in her calm and soothing voice, to all the assistants and dental hygienists that are employed here. First of all, my husband and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sabo and her staff!!! I spent over 25 years in the dental hygiene profession in numerous states and our family usually received our care in the office(s) where I worked. I did not license when we moved to CA in 2005 and I was definitely nervous about finding a new dental team. Not to worry with Dr. Sabo; the epitome of expertise, patience, professionalism, concern and compassion for her clientele and staff! If I was still in the work force, this is where I would want to work!!! I do not normally respond to others comments but reading through a couple of these, it's warranted: Rob J.- While you were still in the dental chair, did you ask her what she meant by her comment? There could be numerous meanings and you should at least allow the office the opportunity to explain. Also, if there is work that needs to be completed, get it done! Temporary means just that- temporary! I have definitely worked for some shady practitioners throughout my career and Dr. Sabo IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!! Gail V.- Your posting just made me laugh! Having worked in the dark dental age of minimal computers, a couple of months for a claim submission and reimbursement would have been a speedy turn-around. A 'courteous' phone call on your part to the front office to follow-up is all that was necessary. There are such things as oversight! And, who in their right mind would call the American Dental Association on that!!!??? Also, we do not know about the attitude in which YOU were presenting yourself. If the doctor or any of her staff felt threatened, they had the right to ask you to leave. By the way, ANY dental work has the potential to introduce bacteria into the bloodstream causing an infection, especially if the body is already in a weakened state. Antibiotics is a normal protocol, NOT an admission of any wrong doing. I would not blame Dr. Sabo for 'firing' you as a patient. Looking back through your Yelp reviews, you had a similar negative experience with another dental professional in 2014. Do you see the common denominator here??? read more

I called the office on 08/13/2018 to get an appointment and was so happy that she fit me into her schedule for a same day visit. I had a warm welcome when I arrived, completed the necessary forms and was taken back quickly. The dental assistant was very kind and went over my background and the reason for my visit. It appeared she was training someone, but I wasn't introduced or notified of the trainee. No big deal. I been experiencing extreme pain in the upper right side of my mouth for four days. I tried to self medicate with antibiotics, because I dread dental visits, but the pain wouldn't subside. When Dr. Sabo came in, she was friendly enough, but it went downhill from there. She asked me which tooth was bothering me the most and when I told her, she asked me if it was the 3rd tooth from the back. I said I didn't know, because I didn't know how many teeth I had. She proceeded to tell me that most people can count their teeth with their tongue in a very condescending way. Well, I don't fit into that category and everyone I've asked since my visit doesn't fit that category either. She went on to tell me that I had a broken tooth that was previously filled and it needed to be refilled. I asked her if she could just pull it, because the outcome didn't seem to promising to me. She said she wouldn't. She wanted to try to save it. I thought she was going to do something for me right then, but I was returned to the reception desk to schedule an appointment. The earliest appointment was on August 22nd, so I guess she thought it was okay for me to deal with excruciating pain for 9 days. I have requested my X-rays and photos, so I can go to a dentist that will help me today, but still haven't received them. I can't understand how this dentist has a five star rating. I checked her reviews before I scheduled an appointment, but I'm completely disappointed with the service she provided to me. Best Dentist! I was so impressed by the service I received! I am incredibly afraid of the dentist. From the minute I walked in the door Dr Sabo And her staff made me feel comfortable. I have been to 2 Dentists offices in Beaumont over the past year. Each time I felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. I had a wisdom tooth pulled a cavity filled and my teeth cleaned all without sedation, barley felt the first injections and Zero pain. Dr Sabo walked me through what she was doing step by step. The most amazing thing is that I only had to take Advil for discomfort after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Sabo for all your dental needs. When I first started going here four years ago, I thought it was a pretty nice place. Not so much any more. She said I needed two root canals and eight months later, I don't. She billed me five months later for a cleaning that was supposed to be paid by my insurance but because "someone" dropped the ball, and didn't send the claim to my insurance until June 27th when the cleaning was done early April. When I went to speak with her (although I was told by her front office she doesn't speak with anyone...her office called me and made an appt after I said I was going to write to the American Dental Association), she pretty much called me a liar on all accounts and it "couldn't be their fault". I've had dental insurance for well over 50 years and I have never been billed so far after the fact. When I got up to go to the front desk to pay the bill I shouldn't have had to pay, (as I had had enough of her uppity disposition), she told me to leave and she as going to call the police!!!! WOW! She was entirely unprofessional and as far as I can tell only cares about how much money she can put in her pockets. Also, after I received a crown done by her, the entire left side of my face got infected. Could it have been dirty tools??? She prescribed me antibiotics so I guess she knew she had infected me.
