To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.
