I've been having some issues with my feet lately, so I booked an ionic foot detox for my husband and I to try out. I know, I know, it sounds like bull, but I'm here to tell you that after weeks of having severely itchy feet to the point where they'd wake me up in the middle of the night, I finally slept the night through without ANY itching. I will say that I did get a pretty bad headache after but I didn't drink nearly enough water, so that's on me. I would HIGHLY recommend this treatment. It removed tiny little blood clot material from my lower legs and tops of feet. Just look at the water after the treatment! So gross but so awesome! read more

The wash chairs are for short people! It's never comfortable getting my hair washed, but these chairs were really uncomfortable and the recliner wasn't proportioned for a tall person. The manicures were very sloppy and have already peeled off after 2 days. Immediately after it was bubbled up. Very disappointed in both of our technicians from their behaviors to discussions to workmanship. We were also unpleasantly surprised that it was a water free pedicure and our feet couldn't be soaked. It made the pedicure uncomfortable for both of us. While the design esthetic was beautiful, the practicality wasn't there and the sitting for 3 hours in uncomfortable chairs was not fun to be honest. I very very rarely write a negative review but this was a horrible experience to be honest. And extremely expensive for nothing to show for it. I have to go get my nails redone already. Oh! And I was gifting the service to my friend and they charged her card instead of mine. Such a mess. read more

Very happy with my spray tan! It looked perfectly natural. I was greeted with kindness and felt like a valued client.

The space is very pretty and seems clean. The services are expensive however. I went in to trial a spray tan before my wedding opting to only have my lower half sprayed . Thank goodness because the color is pretty orange and very blotchy. It looks sloppy. I have had much better results at home with self tanning foam and a mit. The salon is gorgeous and offers an extensive range of services and most importantly is clean and they care about health and safety of the clients. The salon is innovative and has the latest in beauty treatments and other services. The receptionists are all very skilled at making appointments and coordinating several during my limited time frame. They are extremely professional and knowledge about all services. I tore my Plantar Fascia this past November (2019), and have been recovering from that, which is a very slow process. I was able to begin physical therapy the first week of Feb. 2020, with expectations of 6-8 weeks of that. My sister recommended I give reflexology a try. I called AO and was able to get in right away with Kaitlyn. I was welcomed with smiles and warmth upon arrival by staff and Kaitlyn. After filling out the necessary paperwork I was off to our room. Kaitlyn was very informative, friendly, helpful, and professional. She worked on my injured foot for an hour which felt wonderful the whole time. I left thinking that felt great but my foot still feels the same. The next morning when I awoke I couldn't believe how much better my foot felt. The pain I normally have was greatly reduced and I was able to do much more weight bearing on it. It really is unbelievable the difference this service has made. I can't recommend them enough. Kaitlyn is whom I see but I am sure they are all great. If for no other reason but to treat yourself or a loved to a special surprise, call them, make an appointment, and get your massage! It does not matter if you have an injury like myself or just want to feel great go do yourself this service. The hour was the best $60 ever spent! read more
