Should not be difficult. And it was not. I inquired about manager. Spoke to manager. He brought up my transaction. I was able to review. He refunded me on over charged item. I couldn't recall what else I had been over charged on. But being taken care of, listened to means a lot. I was surprised to receive a small refund.
