The girl at the register with glasses continued to be on her phone the whole time & seemed annoyed that I persisted for help. She pointed to a corner & said those products should be the only thing they have. SHE WAS VERY RUDE & WITH THAT ATTITUDE/Demeanor should NOT be working in a store front. But a younger girl saw me pretty lost reading everything & was very eager to help. When I went to check out the cashier girl STILL didn't really look up from her phone to ring me up.

Pasadena Tractor Supply suppLIED me with the worst purchasing experience of all time…read more I arrived at Pasadena Tractor Supply today and purchased 3 stall heavy duty stall mats. They didn't fit in my car, so I let the associate helping me know I'd be back within the hour with another vehicle. He said no problem, see you soon. As stated I was back an hour later. Interestingly enough, my mats were not! At first I thought, oh this must just be a mix up, and found the original employee that assisted me. But no, he let me know he had sold every mat they had in the past hour, including mine. This employee knew what he did and did not care. Tractor Supply Pasadena sold items I purchased and had in hand. Tractor Supply Pasadena STOLE my items, and gave them to someone else. The manager Liz was equally pathetic. She clearly doesn't understand logistics (or the definition of this word) OR basic business/customer service values. I was even flexible at first, asking if they could deliver them to my house within the next week Since I had already driven to the location twice in the same day. She said there was nothing she could do and couldn't/wouldn't tell me when more stock would arrive, or move items from another location. You'd think that after you stole from a customer, you'd go the extra mile in this situation (which wasn't even very difficult). She eventually offered a refund, but it wasn't about the money at this point (this wasn't even an expensive purchase). You stole from your customer, made no effort to fix the situation, and completely humiliated the Tractor Supply Brand. Don't step foot in this store unless you're interested in buying something, but not actually getting to take it home. Thank you Pasadena Tractor Supply! This is the second time I've had an issue with the same gentleman he's consistently rude and snobby and treats people like he doesn't want them in his store.
