I told them I'd get it looked at and i would just like my oil changed today. He then proceeded to tell me I needed a new air filter and he "recommended" new wiper blades. I knew then that these people were trying to get one by me, maybe because I'm a woman. I literally just changed my windshield wiper blades 3 months ago and also had my air filter checked. I left and when I was turning onto my road, I noticed a clicking noise coming from the front right underside. Lord help me if they did anything to my engine.

You would have to turn the car on play with the seat belt or put the car in gear then back in park several times before the key would finally turn all the way to pull it out. R&S charge a $75 diagnostic fee which does not go toward the repair, then of course you pay for parts, labor. After they determine what it was I left the car overnight to be ready he next day. Called the next afternoon for status and all I got was we will do our best, when we get the part we will get on it. This was at 1pm, they told me the day before that they would have the part that afternoon and get started in the morning,so why wasn't it nearly done. All I got was we will do our best, no estimated time of repair, just we will do our best. 30 minutes or so received a text message saying car ready to be picked up. Paid close to $350 and drove the car home and key came out first try. Drove the car several days later and started to have the same issue again, key not turning all the way to pulled it out of the ignition. ????
