Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. They gave a price and when you get to pay they charge more…read morethan what was said. When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappointing of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The tires were listed for a certain price on Facebook and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing and was told that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. They gave a $100 discount which really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket.

It was about that time. Time to get new rotors and wheel alignment. While traveling I noticed my…read morewheel was misaligned and while breaking experiencing vibration and hesitation. I'm new to the state so I could not find many repair shops myself. My cousin recommended this place and shared they were honest and affordable. Chris informed me that the rotors were no good and he would complete the alignment. It took a few hours to complete the job so we took advantage of the eateries in the area. Customer service was a good here and I found the job affordable. I will definitely give them my business when needed again.
