After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

When I told her this was my first time here, she gave me a rude look and condescendingly asked, "Are you sure?" Her tone was unnecessary and unprofessional. It's ridiculous for employees to discourage customers from making legitimate purchases just because a worker "gets cranky." That is their job. Jared was so helpful and just a delight to talk to. He knows customer service and how important it is and surely delivers it. I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves. I would also like CVS to have a immediate contact us page where we could deliver orchid letters. I tried to find some way to compliment him. The contact page has a physical address and a phone number. Instead I will call the manager of the store tomorrow to speak with her directly. Called at 5,finally spoke with her, now 10 days After interview, very short, unapologetic, said the pay rate was rejected (the pay rate that they told me to ask for). Said she emailed offer to higher up and that I would hear from her in 48 hours ( Thursday). Now it's 3 weeks later, I've since been offered another job, and no response ever received back. Id you have an issue they will always blame a third party. It's always your insurance fault or your provider. They will never own up to thier mistakes. I've gotten texts saying my prescription is ready and then when inget there it's not. I'll show them the message and they ignore it. I called in a prescription for my daughter, when I went to pick it up three days later they said it's backordered. Now my daughter is without her medication while I try to get authorization at another pharmacy. If they had just called me when the prescription was sent in three days prior we wouldn't have a problem. Only reason they are still in business is because they are one of two pharmacys in town. I'm switching to UHS at Delaware Valley Hospital. I encourage all to do so as well.

Despite increased use by Public Charges the actual processing of prescriptions remains easy. Despite warnings by friends about this store, I made the mistake of continuing to use it. In NY the provider sends an electronic prescription and the pharmacy selects "private", Medicaid or Medicare Part D and promptly fills the prescription. I happen to be selling my house so each trip to this Walgreens is over an hour. On the previous visit the store was unable to fill a second prescription for me. I paid for it and wonder who they gave it to. The most recent visit will be my last time. This time they used the Wrong Edit to fill both prescriptions. I was informed that they wern't ready. Then told my provider was not qualified. I will be civil and write that Walgreens could have called a "866" number for a pharmacy help desk and quickly resolved this matter, but instead insulted me. I have had the same identical prescriptions filled for a few years now; only recently found the competency of the employees lagging. My advice is to avoid this store like a rash and instead look at options like Walmart and Amazon, I am.
